The agreement provided below is used to set forth the terms and conditions between “You,” the affiliate and “We”, HexClad. By joining our affiliate program, you agree that you will comply with all conditions outlined below. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in removal from the program or/and commissions being declined.
PPC Policy
Affiliates must not:
1) Purchase or license any domain names similar to hexclad.com
2) Bid on the “hexclad.com” keyword, or any of its misspellings on any search engines that operate web services.
3) Use the keyword “hexclad.com” to perform search activity across any search engine that operates web services.
4) Use the term “hexclad.com” or its derivatives in the affiliate’ ad text for driving traffic from competitor’s brand terms to site or the affiliate’s sites.
5) Drive paid or unpaid traffic from search engines directly to “hexclad.com” pages. Affiliates have to use their own sites for traffic from search engines.
6) Please exclude "hexclad.com" from remarketing efforts.
Email Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email (spam) under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email campaign on behalf of HexClad, you must seek approval from the Advertiser.
HexClad Brand Guidelines Include:
| Brand bidding along with permutations is not permitted on any search engine. |
| Affiliates may not use “TM” or “official” in advertisements. |
| Affiliates may not use the brand “HexClad” or any permutation of it in your URLs. |
| Affiliates may not direct link to HexClad website, if using PPC. |
| The look and feel of webpages must be unique and not mimic HexClad web properties to prevent confusion to the visitor. |
The Affiliate cannot own a domain which includes "HexClad" trademark or registered trademark. Unauthorized use of coupon/promotion/voucher codes may result in commission payout being declined. 1. Prohibited Activities
Affiliate agrees to strictly adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 No Coupon Websites: Affiliate shall not promote Company’s products or services on any coupon websites.
1.2 No Ad Hijacking: Affiliate shall not engage in ad hijacking, including but not limited to redirecting traffic from Company’s ads or using deceptive practices to capture traffic intended for Company.
1.3 No Trademark Bidding: Affiliate shall not bid on Company’s trademarks or any variations thereof in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
1.4 No Pay Per Call (PPC): Affiliate shall not engage in pay-per-call advertising for Company’s products or services.
2. Termination
2.1 Violation of Terms: Any violation of the prohibited activities listed in Section 1 will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and removal from the affiliate program.
2.2 Reversal or Clawback of Commissions: In addition to termination, any violation of the prohibited activities may result in the reversal or clawback of commissions earned by the Affiliate.
2.3 Notice of Termination: Company will provide written notice to Affiliate upon termination of this Agreement.
3. Miscellaneous
3.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
3.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
