Prices, Payment & Promotions
All prices are subject to change without notice. All product pricing is inclusive of UK VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated. Promotional product prices will be displayed with savings and duration and these prices will only apply during the promotional period.
Payment can be made by either Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. Each promotional offer may have specific conditions, which will be highlighted in the promotional content.

Promotional codes will not be able to be applied once an order has been completed, they must be applied during the checkout process. Historical orders are also not liable for promotional codes and offers.
Refunds Policy
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are eligible to return a purchased item by notifying us within 14 days of purchase. Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within 14 days of notification.
Once we have received your returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Any returned items must be sent back in original packaging, and include all parts. The cost of returning items is to be covered by you (the consumer).
Our Liability
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) d) breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession); or e) defective Goods under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in Contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract for: a) any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; b) loss or corruption of data, information or software; c) loss of anticipated savings; d) loss of goodwill; or e) any indirect or consequential loss, even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable or if the customer had advised the Seller of the possibility of such loss All trading agreements are subject to Mobile Reborn Ltd Terms and Conditions. Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in Contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the Contract price for the relevant order.
User Accounts
Mobile Reborn reserves the right to cancel and close any user account for reasons it determines and at its sole discretion
Delivery & Service Availability
All our orders include a free next working day courier service, to the Mainland UK.
Our couriers state that they aim to deliver the next working day. However, in certain circumstances a delay may be caused.
As we provide our own free shipping service we will not reimburse any additional shipping payments made by the customer.
When purchasing a product from Mobile Reborn the courier used is selected by the company Mobile Reborn. As we use a delivery option that is a signed for service, we are unable to leave with a neighbour or in a 'safe' place. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address.
Mobilereborn.co.uk is only intended for use by UK Mainland residents. We do not accept orders from outside the Mainland UK and will not dispatch products. A valid postcode must be entered when completing the delivery address
Before we put our Premium Refurbished product up for sale, it undergoes a rigorous testing process to make sure it’s up to our high standards. Refurbished means the product has been refreshed with genuine parts. We have confidence in our products. Our tests ensure that the phone has the functionality of a new phone at a substantially lower cost. This is why we back it with our 12 Month warranty as standard.
Our Premium Pre-Owned range has been tested and verified to ensure it is fully functional and ready for use. Pre-Owned means the product has not be refurbished in anyway, but we've made sure that the quality control process includes product functionality testing, as well as ensuring its battery life meets our high standards. We have also carried out in-depth cosmetic inspection of the product to ensure that it's of a high quality, but, as it is a used device, it may exhibit some small signs of wear and tear. We have confidence in our Pre-Owned range and all products are backed with our 12 Month Warranty as standard.

Our liability
This warranty document sets out all of the warranties we make in respect of your iPhone and sets out the full extent to which we will be liable to you.
We do not warranty that we will be able to repair or replace your iPhone without risk to, and potential loss of, any information, software (including apps) and data stored on your iPhone.
We will not be liable for:
1) any losses that you suffer that are not a result of our breach of the terms of this warranty; or
2) any losses relating to a business (including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data and loss of opportunity). We will never seek to exclude liability for:
3) fraud or any fraudulent misrepresentation by us.
Privacy
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website and in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in the UK.
General
The terms of this warranty are governed by the laws of England and Wales but if you are a consumer resident in another country, it may be that the laws of your state will apply (and if you live in Scotland, the laws of Scotland will apply). Both you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over the terms of this warranty.
No other entity is entitled to make any changes, additions or extensions to this warranty and the warranty is between us and you only.
If any term of this warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the rest of the terms and the remaining terms will be unaffected.
It is given in addition to your legal rights and remedies as a consumer in the UK and does not replace or affect any such rights.
Your legal rights
As a consumer you have certain rights by law when you buy goods. These include the right to receive products that are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose (under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1982). If you encounter an issue with your pre-owned Apple iPhone you have the right to choose whether to exercise your legal rights as a consumer or to claim under this warranty.
These terms and conditions govern this warranty only and do not apply to your consumer rights. This Warranty service is provided by Mobile Reborn Ltd.
