Interpretation
(1) Affiliate means an individual or company acting as brand ambassador for a brand, service or product.
(2) Contract means the legally-binding agreement between the Affiliate and Craft Coffee Club for the supply of products in return for promoting via social and Affiliate channels.
(3) Product means the goods advertised on the Craft Coffee Club Website that we supply to Affiliates and customers of the number and description as set out in the order.
(4) Website means the Craft Coffee Club Website https://www.craftcoffeeclub.co.uk/ on which the service for Products are advertised.
(5) Social Media means all social channels owned by the Affiliate; including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Affiliate Programme
(1) The Affiliate agrees on the full use and ownership of all imagery and content containing Craft Coffee Club branding and/or products and/or information to Craft Coffee Club.
(1a) The Affiliate agrees on full ownership to Craft Coffee Club for the purposes of promotional and advertising usage including but not limited to; media channels, media publications, website, tangible and paid advertisements.
(2) The Affiliate must accept the responsibility that all of the promotions and advertisement carried out by Craft Coffee Club, must meet the Marketing and Advertising Law set by the UK government, as well as GDPR Laws.
(3) The Affiliate agrees to accept full responsibility for posts and content uploaded on social media accounts.
(4) The Affiliate agrees that all posts will follow an appropriate and non-vulgar approach; not containing swear words, nudity or any other inappropriate content. Content must follow Craft Coffee Club branding practices; family-friendly and PG.
(5) The Affiliate must ask for Craft Coffee Club's approval before posting to ensure that the post follows branding guidelines and the Affiliate Agreement.
(6) The Affiliate must have written consent from both parties (Affiliate and Craft Coffee Club) to terminate or modify the Affiliate Contract.
(7) All persons applying to the Craft Coffee Club Affiliate Programme must disclose all brands they are currently working with. Craft Coffee Club has the right to revoke all ambassadorships if brands have a conflict of interest.
(8) Affiliates must disclose information about past convictions or current disputes with Craft Coffee Club. Craft Coffee Club has the right to terminate contracts on the grounds of anti-social or dangerous behaviour.
(9) All Affiliates will be paid a month in arrears.
(10) Free products are provided to Affiliates on a monthly basis for promotional purposes dependant on the feature.
(11) Craft Coffee Club has the right to terminate Affiliate Contract's if guidelines are not followed or the Affiliate breaks Contract Terms & Conditions.
(12) A one off £5 commission rate (Cost Per Action) is awarded to Affiliates per subscription gained from the exclusive code provided and begins from the first subscriber.
