All publishers must use creative imagery and copy provided by Cuvva, unless agreed prior to commencement.
Channel Restrictions
PPC
No Brand Bidding - Do not bid for Cuvva brand related keywords, plus product keywords on any search engine.
Brand bidding is prohibited and any affiliates found to be doing so will be removed from the program. Any commission made on these sales will not be paid by Cuvva
This also covers -
- Brand-only keywords - 'Cuvva'
- Misspellings of brand-only keywords
- Broad match terms that include the Cuvva brand name or misspellings of this
- Bidding on generic terms related to the products Cuvva offers are permitted however.
Affiliate Display URLs -
Affiliates must not use any of the Cuvva domains, or reference Cuvva within their domain, including sub domains
Sites with the below content are not allowed:
- Adult sites, gambling sites, sites which promote violence or inappropriate behaviour.
- Any sites not appropriate to our brand.
- Sites which are seen to be spamming users.
- Breach of the Financial Conduct Authority's regulations
Important - FCA Regulations
Affiliates are only permitted to use approved text and graphical images provided by Cuvva through this site. Any amendments to the text or graphics must be approved by Cuvva directly. If an affiliate is found to be using unapproved text or graphics in order to promote Cuvva they will be removed from this programme. Cuvva are happy to discuss suggestions on amendments for approved imagery or copy, but these amendments can't be used without prior permission.
Promotion of Cuvva must fall within strict FCA rules and regulations therefore a publisher must not -
- The affiliate website must at all times, be clear, concise and not misleading.
- Endorse, recommend, or otherwise encourage customers to respond to a financial promotion.
- Promote one insurer over another using direct comparison - for example, by stating one is better than the other
- Present Cuvva in a way that suggests special rates for customers.
