GENERAL GUIDELINES
Programme Restrictions
Unless explicitly authorised otherwise by Happinez, the following programme restrictions apply:
- Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word ‘Happinez’ or misspellings of ‘Happinez’ in the URL.
- Affiliates must not include Happinez brand terms, or misspelt variations of the same, in the sub-domain of their website’s URL. For example: https://Happinez.affiliate.com
- Affiliates may use correctly spelt Happinez brand terms after the domain of their website’s URL. For example: https://www.affiliate.com/Happinez
- Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand Happinez or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes and does not limit to brand + generic word or sentence, as well generic word or sentence + brand. Any attempt to register such social media accounts will be a direct breach of the Awin terms and conditions, in particular section 7. Intellectual Property Rights of the Awin code of conduct.
- Affiliates must not post on any official Happinez social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage.
- Direct linking to Happinez websites from paid social media is prohibited.
Any affiliates who do not abide by these rules risk having their commissions set to zero and possible suspension.
Discount codes Policy
We encourage affiliates to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives.
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the affiliate programme (either through our account or directly from the Affiliate Manager).
We reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
Affiliate PPC Guidelines
Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on brand terms without prior authorisation. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms (generic is fine).
PPC bidding restrictions also apply on Google Shopping/CSS (Comparison Shopping Service). We request the brand keywords stated below to be excluded from all CSS activity.
Restrictions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Happinez
- Happinez NL
- Happinez.nl
- Happinez.com
These Affiliate PPC restrictions apply to and include the Happinez parent site, its sister sites and any of its subsidiaries and partner sites.
Site Specific Guidelines
In addition to the General Guidelines outlined previously, when working with Happinez, affiliates must add the following terms as negative broad match to all PPC activity on any platform:

Unless prior written consent is granted by Happinez, affiliates are not permitted to bid, or appear, on hybrid brand searches.
i.e {“ Happinez + (product)”, “Happinez + voucher”, “Happinez + discount”, “Happinez + offers”}
Any affiliates found contravening any of the above conditions will be contacted by Happinez and anyone in breach of these conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. Happinez, in cases of persistent rule breaking, reserves the right to decline commissions accrued from the activity.
Cookieless Vouchercode Tracking
Happinez may use cookieless voucher tracking for some of our influencer partners. This means that the transaction is always attributed to the publisher who is given the exclusive voucher. When the voucher is used, transactions will be tracked regardless of whether a click has happened or not. Please speak to your account contact for more information.
Social Content Creators
Please note if you wish to use affiliate links within your Instagram Stories and other social channels, you will need to use #ad as the only valid identifier to be ASA compliant. Awin has a one-page website - Paid for Advertising - which explains how free content can have a commercial relationship attached to it. Validation Policy
Happinez validate in-line with their returns policy which is 100 days.

E-mail marketing
Het versturen van commerciële uitingen vanuit Awin is alleen toegestaan als de publisher aantoonbaar compliant is conform artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatiewet, de richtlijnen van de ACM en de gedragsregels van Awin. De Awin Code of Conduct dient ondertekend in het bezit te zijn van Awin Benelux zodat deze ter alle tijden overdrachtelijk zijn op verzoek van de ACM.
- Previews moeten ter goedkeuring worden voorgelegd via de E-mail Approval Tool
- Bij het indienen van een preview geeft de publisher aan dat men akkoord gaat met artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatie wet en dat er voorafgaande toestemming van alle e-mail ontvangers is verkregen.
- De uiting mag pas worden verzonden als de adverteerder de preview en verzending heeft goedgekeurd.
- De publisher is zelf verantwoordelijk voor eventuele consequenties die worden opgelegd als men zich schuldig heeft gemaakt aan het versturen van spam, of het versturen van een commerciële uiting zonder toestemming van de adverteerder.
Indien een mailing zonder goedkeuring van Awin en Happinez NL is verstuurd, zullen de gezette sales voor deze desbetreffende mailing worden afgekeurd.
- Mailpartijen: Alleen emailadressen die via een opt-in zijn verkregen en die compliant zijn verkregen volgens de ACM (OPTA) regulering mogen gebruikt worden.
- Naast dat alle uitingen vooraf bij de adverteerder/account manager ter goedkeuring moet worden voorgelegd, dienen de uitingen inclusief vermelding van de datum van verzending, het aantal adressen, de sender en de subjectline te zijn. Voor elke resend dient opnieuw goedkeuring te worden gevraagd. Wanneer hier geen sprake van is, heeft de adverteerder de mogelijkheid om de hieruit voortgekomen sales af te keuren en dus niet te vergoeden.

De NO_COMMISION commissiegroep houdt in dat publishers geen vergoeding krijgen voor de producten die niet door Happinez, of in samenwerking met Happinez, zijn gemaakt. In de product feed kun je alle producten vinden waarop wij wel een vergoeding geven. Daarnaast kun je via deze link alle producten terugvinden waarop wel een vergoeding wordt gegeven.
De abonnement commissie groep bestaat uit alle Happinez magazine abonnementen.
De happinez_own commissiegroep bestaat uit producten die door Happinez, of in samenwerking met Happinez, zijn gemaakt.
De shop commissie groep bestaat uit overige producten uit de Happinez shop waarop wij vergoeding geven.
De trainingen_events commissie groep bestaat uit alle Happinez trainingen en events.
