Terms and Conditions of the SNIPES Spain Affiliate Program

The Affiliate declares to have accepted the General Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Network through which he/she applies for the SNIPES Spain Affiliate Program. It also undertakes to comply with the following SNIPES Spain terms and conditions. Violations of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the affiliate network entitle SNIPES SE to immediately terminate the participation in the SNIPES Spain Affiliate Program and/or cancel the leads/sales generated in violation of the rules.

 

1. Advertising with the SNIPES Brand

a. The advertising materials offered may not be altered in any way. The SNIPES website may not be accessed directly in a PopUp, PopUnder, Frame or iFrame. The links provided with the advertising materials may also not be modified.

b. The Affiliate may only use the name, logo and own brands of SNIPES and advertising material provided via the Network for affiliate marketing measures. The data is excluded for the use of offline measures. Furthermore, the use of the name or logo of SNIPES for PR activities and direct marketing measures of any kind, in particular newsletters, must be agreed in advance with SNIPES Affiliate Management and requires prior written consent. c. Only those promotions and gift certificates may be communicated to which you have been given access via the Affiliate Network's promotion tool and/or about which you have been notified via the Network's Affiliate Newsletter. CRM vouchers, such as those for newsletter registration or from the loyalty program, will not be compensated.

d. You are not allowed to post on the SNIPES Facebook Fanpage, these will be removed from the Fanpage.

e. The distribution of spam mails is prohibited. The owner of the email address has expressly agreed in advance to the receipt of advertising by email by opt-in. In addition, the affiliate is clearly recognizable as the sender, it must not give the impression that the mail was sent by SNIPES. When sending newsletters and/or e-mail advertising, the express written consent of SNIPES must also be obtained by fax or e-mail.

f. It is not permitted to publicly advertise codes for vouchers requiring registration.

g. Applications from layer partners and banner networks will not be accepted.

h. Cookiedropping / Typosquatting is strictly prohibited.

i. The affiliate website must not have spyware, adware, malware, viruses and other harmful content. The use of software or proxy services that alter or manipulate URLs and employ tracking links is not permitted. In addition, software or proxy services that replace advertising banners with their own ads are prohibited.

j. Any affiliate website used for the promotion must be transparently viewable. If these conditions are not met, SNIPES reserves the right to terminate the partnership (all campaigns in all countries).

 

2. SEM

a. The term "SNIPES" may not be booked as a keyword on search engines - not even in connection with other words and/or brands of the Group. Neither as a result link, nor as a special booking outside the result links displayed on Internet search engines (e.g. Adwords Select or Premium placements on Google).

b. Furthermore, affiliates are not permitted to book SNIPES SE's own brands SNIPES as a keyword on Google or other search engines.

c. Booking on misspelled keywords or keywords that differ only slightly from the original keyword is also prohibited, e.g. Snips, Sipes, Snnipes, Snpes (...). Thus, when advertising via SEM, the brand name SNIPES as well as variations/typing errors must additionally be booked negatively via the booking option Negative Broad in order to prevent delivery. These terms as well as their misspellings may not be placed in search engines. Furthermore, it is forbidden to use domain names that directly or indirectly cause name-legal violations of the SNIPES brand.

 

3. General Exclusion Criteria

Affiliates who publish the following content from their websites will not be admitted to the SNIPES Affiliate Program

  • Political, erotic or pornographic content
  • Weapons, violence and glorification of violence
  • positive representation of drugs, alcohol and tobacco
  • contents relevant to criminal law
  • Insults or content that violates the rights of third parties

Affiliates of the following segments are also not eligible for the affiliate program:

  • Banner Networks
  • Voucher Sites
  • Sites without content, incorrect domains or inaccessible pages
  • Operators of paidmail systems cannot participate in the Affiliate Program
  • Postview
  • Browser Extensions
  • CSS activities only after prior agreement


4. Further Requirements for Affiliates

  • Newsletter sender: Affiliates who send newsletters to users as their main business model should additionally consider the following: All addresses must have been generated using the double opt-in process and the newsletter template must be submitted to the SNIPES Affiliate Team for approval prior to sending.

 

5. Other

a. Commission: Furthermore, the Affiliate is not entitled to disclose the amount of the agreed commission to the End Customer.

b. Affiliates who have an individual commission agreement are excluded from all standard remuneration models, bonus scales or special remuneration within the framework of promotions.

c. Updates: The Affiliate is obliged to ensure completeness, accuracy and constant updating of the data and information provided by SNIPES, e.g. on promotions.

d. SNIPES reserves the right to terminate an existing partnership and/or withhold the commission.

e. The "Last Session Entry" principle is used as the tracking method. As soon as the user is in the store, the session is opened and lasts 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of inactivity, a new session starts, with the cookie freeze implied. The first session within the 30 minutes gets the sale credited.
