Emma - The Sleep Company: Affiliate Program
Commission:
- A commission of 5% is paid on confirmed sales.
- Commission is released once the product has been tested for 100 nights and not returned.
Vouchers & Discount Codes
- Only discount codes provided directly through the affiliate network may be promoted by affiliates.
- Affiliates promoting codes that were not directly assigned to them will have the related sales declined and risk removal from the program.
PPC Restrictions: No Brand Bidding
- Affiliates are not allowed to bid on Emma branded terms (including misspellings) in any search engine, or combine the brand with generic keywords.
- Direct linking to the Emma website from PPC ads, or redirecting users via paid ads, is strictly prohibited.
- Please add “Emma” as a negative keyword in all campaigns to reduce the risk of appearing for branded searches.
- We actively monitor paid search activity for competitive keywords and compliance. Affiliates found bidding on brand terms will be removed from the program, and no commission generated from these sales will be paid.
URLs
- Affiliates may not register or operate domains containing the Emma brand name for the sole purpose of driving search engine traffic.
- Affiliates may not use the trademark as a subdomain in their URL.
- Affiliates are not allowed to use the Emma website URL (emma-sleep.ch & emma-matelas.ch) or any variation of it.
- Partners using prohibited URLs may be removed from the program.
- Affiliates must use their own website. The brand name may be used within subfolders of the URL.
