Discounts & Vouchers
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed.
Expired discounts and vouchers must be removed from your website on the day of expiry and must not be communicated to consumers.
Only official discounts and vouchers communicated by the DUSK affiliate team may be promoted.
Discounts and Vouchers may not be promoted as being eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher or cashback unless explicitly stated by the DUSK affiliate team.
Commission cannot be earned on any tracked orders that contain any form of discount voucher unless the voucher has been specifically issued for affiliates to use.
DUSK reserve the right to withhold payment of commission (and /or suspend publishers) if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Please note: Publishers will not earn commission on transactions which use sitewide codes.
Domain Restrictions
1). Direct linking
Affiliates are not permitted to use any domains owned by DUSK as their display URL.
2). Affiliate-owned domains
Affiliates are permitted to use brand terms as a directory, e.g. www.affiliate.com/dusk
Affiliates are not permitted to create domains containing brand terms as a domain or sub-domain, e.g. www.affiliate-dusk.co.uk.
3). Landing pages
Any affiliate wishing to construct a landing page for DUSK should first contact the DUSK affiliate team for pre-approval at mt@dusk.com
Affiliates are asked not to register domains which are similar or misspells of our brand, any activity of this kind on the campaign will result in commissions being declined.
Promotion Restrictions
Email Marketing
Any affiliate wishing to promote DUSK by email marketing must first contact the DUSK affiliate team for pre-approval at mt@dusk.com
Offline Public Relations Activities & Press
Offline PR activity is not permitted. Any press where DUSK is referenced must have full sign off and pre-approval from the DUSK affiliate team at mt@dusk.com.
Cancelled Orders
Commission cannot be earned on orders that are cancelled in part or full.
Keyword Policy
Affiliates must not bid on any terms including the keyword ‘Dusk', or any other version of the ‘Dusk’ brand including misspells. All attempts must be made to apply relevant negative keywords to ensure your own PPC Ads do not appear when the Dusk brand is searched for.
Natural (Organic) Search
DUSK are happy for affiliates to optimise their sites for the correct spelling of our brand terms. We kindly request that this is does not happen for misspells.
Affiliates must update ad copy that features in search engine page results to ensure it is consistent with the latest DUSK products, offers, discounts and vouchers.
Creative
Affiliates must not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate program interface without prior written permission. Out of date/redundant creative, links or using domains including the term ‘Dusk’ or similar derivatives is expressly forbidden.
Affiliates are requested to use only creative available within their affiliate account in their promotion. Please contact us if there is an additional size that you require.
Affiliates are requested not to hard code banners into their sites.

Bulk Orders
DUSK reserve the right to refuse commission on wholesale orders.
Notice and Action
Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period
Affiliates agree to action and remedy any request that brings them back in accordance with the DUSK program terms in no less than 7 UK working days.
Breach of terms
DUSK reserve the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms
