| Affiliates are asked not to register domains which are similar or misspellings of the Pooky brand |

| Affiliates are asked not to register URLs with Pooky brand term contained in their domain or subdomain. Brand terms may be contained within the subfolder, eg; |

| Affiliates are not permitted to use the Pooky brand name in PPC ads or performing PPC on Pooky's behalf |

| Affiliates may not put the Pooky website into frames or use masked URLs. |

| All transactions will be De-duplication if the customer goes through another channel as the last click. |

Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the awin interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through awin may take immediate effect. |
The commission will not be accepted where discount codes are used on top of cashback or loyalty sites, unless that discount code is connected to Pooky's own loyalty program, ‘Pooky Perks’. |
We reserve the right to suspend affiliates from the programme immediately if required. Commission will not be accepted on orders made by people signed up to Pooky's Trade supplier program. |
