Programme conditions
Payment is only made on confirmed sales. We ask for your understanding that the premiums can only be instructed once the sale has been confirmed. This can take up to 60 days.
Only the website registered with the program is permitted as an advertising medium. The use of other websites or e-mail addresses for advertising Blitzhandel24 must be notified separately in advance.
Blitzhandel24 GmbH prohibits affiliate partners from being involved in the following activities and reserves the right to exclude affiliate partners from the partner program if there is a suspicion of disregarding the following rules:
- Brand Bidding
- ad hijacking
- cookie dropping
- Fake orders
- Any other type of fraud
Links to websites with the following contents are expressly prohibited:
- pornography
- Any kind of violence
- Gambling
- Any kind of discrimination, including origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, religious and political beliefs, disabilities
- Websites that violate criminal law, in particular § 184 ff. StGB (distribution of pornographic writings), § 86 f. StGB (dissemination of propaganda material of unconstitutional organisations), § 111 StGB (public incitement to commit criminal offences), § 126 StGB (threat of criminal offences), § 130 StGB (incitement of the people), § 130a (instructions on criminal offences) or § 131 StGB (depiction of violence)
The following sites are excluded from participation in the Blitzhandel24 partner program:
- Banner-Farms
- "Under construction" pages
- Pages that generate "errors" (e.g. Error)
- Pages without own content
- Re-Direct pages
- Pages that do not allow the contents to be checked
- Web pages that contain the terms Blitzhandel24 (including misspelled words) in the URL
- Pages with a focus on discounts or cheap offers
The placement of paid search results is again subject to special conditions.
is permitted:
- Placement of AdWords (or any form of paid search results) with software-related terms as keywords
Not allowed (this restriction refers to Google, Bing, etc.):
- Placement of Google AdWords, Bing Ads (or any form of paid search results) with the term "Blitzhandel24" (including possible misspelled words)
- Direct forwarding to the Blitzhandel24 Shop, no matter what term is used
A violation of these guidelines forces us to terminate the partner immediately, furthermore Blitzhandel24 (MSOfficehandel UG) reserves the right to take further legal steps.
We reserve the right to exclude inactive publishers from our program.
The provided advertising material may not be changed or alienated. Our advertising material can be updated at any time (including the acquisition of new means, adaptation of existing advertising material, adaptation of the trademark law) and must be adapted within 7 days. Advertising material created by ourselves must be approved by us. We reserve the right to withdraw your rights to use our advertising material and/or self-created advertising material. You can obtain our trademark guidelines on request.
You will be informed about changes as follows:
- Closing of the program - 2 weeks
- Condition changes of any kind 7 days
- Technical changes of any kind 7 days
- Advertising material of any kind 7 days
A commission is paid for each sale that is made, provided that the customer is a new customer. Existing customers/regular customers are not paid commission. The remuneration is differentiated as follows:
Commission groups are manufacturer-related / category related:
- Microsoft: 12%
- Antivirus category: 10%
- Portfolio Rest: 5%
