Discounts and Vouchers
*Expired Discounts and Vouchers must be removed from your website on the day of expiry
* Expired Discounts and Vouchers must not be communicated in any means or form to consumers
* Only official discounts and vouchers communicated by the Affiliate AccountManager may be promoted by an affiliate
* Discounts and Vouchers may not be promoted as being eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher or cashback unless explicitly stated by the affiliate account manager.
Validation of sales where a voucher code has been used
In order to help mentor affiliate use of voucher codes, BioSure UK LTD has implemented an affiliate window code tracking. This allows individual codes used within a transaction to be listed with each order number.
BioSure UK LTD reserves the right to decline any sales that have been tracked with an unauthorised voucher code, whether this has been promoted on site or not.
Bulk Codes
BioSure UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse commission on wholesale sales. Please liaise with our accounts team if you wish to be a supplier of the BioSURE HIV Self Test.
SEO
Affiliates must update ad copy that features in search engine page results to ensure it is consistent with the latest HIV Self Test messaging.
PPCPlease be aware we do not authorise any brand name bidding
Affliliates are requested not to bid on any brand generic terms, derivation of the brand or misspellings.

Affliates are also not allowed to bid on terms when HIV Self Test appears in the natural listings in the top 3 on generic terms and not above their own PPC activity. To avoid broad match issues please include restricted terms as negative key words in your PPC campaign for BioSURE HIV SELF TEST or HIV SELF TEST
Affliates wishing to promote BioSure UK Ltd, Biosure HIV Self Test and HIV Self Test via PPC through a landing page should contact us first. PPC affiliates who do no get in touch to discuss their promotion could, find their application denied.
Affiliates found contravening these terms may have their commissions declined and face immediate suspension from the programme.
The BioSure UK Ltd programme has also Zero tolerance on CSS providers. Publishers using CSS will be suspended from the programme with all commission decline until the listing is removed.
Domain restrictions
Affiliations are asked not to register domains which are similar or misspell our brand and product, any activity of this kind on the campaign will result in commissions being declined and retrieval of the domain.
Creative
Affiliates are requested to only use the creative available with their affiliate account in their promotion of BioSure UK Ltd. Please contact us if you require different size images or require bespoke campaign imagery.
BioSure will create banners for promotions, standard banners and bespoke banners for pre-arrangedsi special promotions. Any artwork created by a publisher will need to be signed off by the BioSure Team.
Notice and Action
Affiliates agree to action and remedy any request that brings them back in accordance with the BioSure programme, in no less than 7 working days.
Exceptions to this rule are at the Affiliate Account Managers discretion.
Breach of Terms
BioSure reserve to the right to withhold commission payments to any affliate to be found to be in breach of these terms.
