Terms and Conditions of the Kiwi.com Affiliate Program
You are free to promote your own websites, but naturally any promotion that mentions Kiwi.com could be perceived by the public or the press as a joint effort. There are certain forms of advertising that are always prohibited by Kiwi.com.
If it comes to our attention that you are using any of the restricted promotional methods, keywords, misspellings, PPC or other restricted actions, we will consider that cause for immediate termination of our cooperation and your participation in the Kiwi.com Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation.
Promotional methods we need to evaluate before accepting:
● Retargeting, remarketing
● Toolbar Traffic
● PPC ads
● Solo email campaigns
● Promotion of Kiwi.com in newsgroups and/or social media groups/pages
○ As long as the news group specifically welcomes commercial messages
○ At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your web sites as independent from Kiwi.com
Restricted promotional methods and traffic:
● Spamming
● Unsolicited commercial email (UCE)
● Pop-ups / Pop-unders
● Adware / Spyware
● Shopping Assistance Application and Shopping Wallets
● Parasitic Marketing
● Adult traffic
● SMS/MMS Traffic
● Classified or chat room Traffic
● Fictional and fake promo codes ― it is forbidden to use any promo codes, unless they were exclusively given to you and agreed by Kiwi.com.
● Using our brand keywords in PPC ads (e.g. Kiwi cheap flights, Kiwi.com flights, Kiwi.com, see the full list below)
● Stealing brand name and impersonating Kiwi.com
Restricted keywords
If you are using paid advertising, for example Google AdWords, you are not allowed to bid on our restricted keywords:
● brand keywords (e.g. skypicker, kiwi.com)
● misspells (e.g. kivi.com, kiwwi.com, kiiwi.com)
● any variations of 'kiwi' word in connection with any means of travel or vacationing (e.g. kiwi flights)
● and hybrid searches (e.g. kiwi.com flights, skypicker cheap fares)
Restricted keywords for domains
You may not use restricted keywords variations or misspellings in your base domain name.
Examples of forbidden domain names:
● www.kiwicomdiscounts.co.uk
● www.kiwi.affiliate.com
● www.kiwicom-review.com ...etc.
This includes registering social media pages e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and other web properties that you do not own and control yourself.
Affiliates are allowed to use Kiwi.com names in the URL (as subdomain).
Examples of allowed domain names:
● www.affiliate.co.uk/kiwicom
● www.greatcashback.co.uk/kiwicom
In addition, you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Kiwi.com or any other affiliated business.
Should you feel that any of your promotional methods or keywords are mentioned in the list above, but are non-intrusive, beneficial, and clearly communicated to the users, please contact Affiliate Network Account Manager or Kiwi.com Affiliate Team directly for prior approval.
