By applying to join the Kelsey Media affiliate programme, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of our terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the Kelsey Media affiliate programme and reversal of commissions where deemed appropriate at our discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: Kelsey Media will only pay commission on sales with a higher value than the commission. Any Publishers not adhering to this will have their commission declined.

PPC Policy and Restrictions
Brand Bidding is not permitted on the Kelsey Media affiliate program. Affiliates may not PPC bid on any Kelsey Media brand searches including miss-spellings and variations. This is inclusive of all Kelsey brand names and magazine brand names should be added as negative keywords to any PPC activity.
Affiliates who join the Kelsey Media affiliate programme agree not to use the following terms in masked URLs or PPC activity:

Kelsey Media will only pay commission on sales higher than the commission rate.
Use of Kelsey Media brands/terms is strictly prohibited within the sub-domain. For example, www.psychologies.domain.com is not allowed. This includes misspelling of brands and the terms listed above. Subfolders such as www.domain.com/psychologies is permitted.
No use of brand terms or misspelling of brand terms in social media domains is permitted. For example, twitter.com/psychologies or facebook.com/psychologies
If it is deemed that a Publisher’s actions have caused any negativity towards Kelsey Media Ltd and its brands, the Publisher (Affiliate) will be held liable for damages.
Kelsey Publishing reserves the right to withhold commission payments to any Publisher/Affiliate found to be in breach of our terms and privacy policy.
Only vouchercodes listed on Awin will be accepted. Any sales using other codes will be declined.
Creative Policy
Publishers/Affiliates may not alter any of the creative provided by Kelsey Media, or product descriptions available from AWIN.
