General Terms and Conditions
We would request that our affiliate partners do not lead users to believe that their landing page or website is the official merchant site. Using terms such as ‘In association with Macdonald Hotels Resorts’ on your landing page is encouraged.
When referring to Macdonald Hotels we would ask you to follow the brand guidelines; there should be a lowercase d in Macdonald, so please do not refer to it as MacDonald.
Please note that we do not pay commission on gift voucher sales.
We gladly accept all affiliate promotional types onto the programme, however we do not allow affiliates to promote Macdonald Hotels through PPC.
Please also be aware that the Macdonald Hotels policy is to withhold commission if any affiliate contravenes our terms. Any partner that repeatedly breaks the rules will be removed from the programme.
Please also be aware that Macdonald Hotels will no longer pay commission on stays at Bobsleigh Hotel, Hemel Hempstead as of Tuesday 7th October 2014. Please do not promote this hotel on your site from this date onwards.
