General Promotion
- Use of the Yale name and/or logo in any email material is not permitted unless approved by the Yale Affiliate Manager.
Pay Per Click Search Activity
- Affiliates are requested not to bid on any brand name terms or any derivation or misspelling (broad, match or phrase).
Use of Product Feed
- Yale upload a daily datafeed to the AWIN interface that contains the most up to date product listings and prices. We ask all affiliates to present the most up to date prices on their sites by downloading the feed on a daily basis.
- Affiliates may not submit links to Yale products on Google Shopping – this is a violation of both Yale's and Google Merchant Centre’s terms and conditions.
- Affiliates must only promote current offers. Any affiliate found to be consistently promoting incorrect, out of date or misleading prices will be removed from the merchant’s affiliate program.
Inappropriate Content
- In applying for the Yale programme you agree that you will not promote our program in inappropriate environments such as, but not limited to:
- Illegal material or promoting illegal activities and substances
- Any obscene or sexually explicit material;
- Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material;
- Any libellous, blasphemous or defamatory material
- Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any third party
- File sharing/P2P
Promotional Codes
- Orders placed using a promotional code which is not available from Yale Home will not be eligible to be paid commission.
