Branding Terms
Brand Bidding Restrictions:
Brand name bidding restrictions apply to the WarmZilla program.
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand terms, brand + generic terms, or any derivations or misspellings of the WarmZilla name. This includes but is not limited to:
WarmZilla
Warm Zilla
WormZilla
WarmZiller
And any other variations or misspellings.
Organic & Paid Search Restrictions:
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on terms where WarmZilla appears in the natural listings within the top 3 results for generic terms, especially if it conflicts with their own PPC activity.
To avoid broad match issues, affiliates must include restricted terms as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns related to WarmZilla.
Display URL Restrictions:
Affiliates are not allowed to use any domain owned by WarmZilla as their display URL for PPC purposes. This includes but is not limited to:
warmzilla.co.uk
www.warmzilla.co.uk
warmzilla.com
Landing Page Approval:
Affiliates wishing to promote WarmZilla via PPC using a landing page must receive written approval from WarmZilla before going live.
Violation Consequences:
Affiliates found in violation of these terms may have their commissions declined and face immediate suspension from the program.
