The MAKE MY BLINDS AFFILIATE PROGRAMME allows approved websites, social accounts and email affiliates to link to www.makemyblinds.co.uk and begin earning commissions on every sale driven through our site. For all transactions resulting from referred clicks, Make My Blinds handles order fulfilment and customer service. By linking to www.makemyblinds.co.uk, you will have access to the largest available inventory of Make My Blinds products.
Voucher Code Use
You may only promote codes that are provided through the Make My Blinds Affiliate Platform .
There may be codes that are not in the public domain and these should not be used by affiliates unless express written permission is given by Make My Blinds.
There may be codes that are in the public domain that are restricted to specific referrers and will not work for public use.
We reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates who are displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
Paid Search Activity
Make My Blinds operates a strict policy on PPC Activity. The following types of keywords are restricted for use in any paid search activity of affiliates on the campaign (unless an agreement is otherwise in place with written confirmation):
Brand: Make My Blinds
Extended brand: e.g. MakeMyBlinds.co.uk, Make My Blinds Online, Make My Blinds Vouchers, Make My Blinds discount codes, Make My Blinds Coupons, Make My Blinds Deals and any other variation of these terms..
Misspellings: e.g. Maek My Blinds, Make My Blindss, etc.
Affiliates are required not to appear on any search results for these keywords on any ad platform, including search engines, content networks, social networking ad placements, etc.
In order to avoid any broadmatching issues, affiliates must add Make My Blinds and Make My Blinds.co.uk as negative keywords in all paid search activity.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Awin interface.
In order to prevent out of date content, affiliates may not hardcode the creative into their sites.

WHEN & HOW WILL I GET PAID?
Commission fees are paid on a monthly basis via the Awin platform.
HOW ARE ORDERS TRACKED & CREDITED TO MY SITE/SOCIAL?
By carefully following the instructions for collecting and placing links from your site/social to makemyblinds.co.uk, you will enable clear tracking of where each visitor comes from and who makes a purchase. We employ cookie technology for these purposes; links from your site/social contain your unique source ID. Every time a user comes to us via your links, we know to credit you when a customer purchase is made.
CAN I TAKE ORDERS ON MY SITE/SOCIAL?
No. In order to ensure product availability, tracking, reporting and superior customer service, we must host the transaction. We take care of the order, customer service and fulfilment so you can focus on your website and traffic development or social metrics.
DO YOU HAVE ONLINE REPORTING?
Yes. Once you have been accepted into the programme, you will be given access to your Affiliate Partner Tracking and Reporting Interface. You will be able to view your earnings and traffic reports at any time through Awin. These reports not only show you what you earn, they also track other site performance indicators that will assist you in fine-tuning your participation and maximising your income potential. If we approach you manually or via TAG, you will not see this interface and therefore we will notify you of monthly payment based on your links’ purchases.
DO I EARN COMMISSIONS ON MY OWN PURCHASE?
Yes. You can earn commissions on any purchases you make from visiting makemyblinds.co.uk through your own site's Make My Blinds Affiliate Programme link.
WILL I GET PAID FOR GENERATING SAMPLE ORDERS?
No. As we offer samples free we cannot offer commission on these. However you will be paid commission if these customers go on to order blinds within the 30-day window.
WHAT ABOUT PRODUCT RETURNS?
In the unlikely circumstance we have to refund a customer or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. Because our blinds are made to measure, in the case of incorrectly input measurements or simply not liking the blind, we cannot offer refunds and therefore your account will not be debited any commission from those transactions. If goods are lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer, your commissions will not be affected either.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Make My Blinds Affiliate Programme allows you to earn a commission by linking visitors from your website/social to makemyblinds.co.uk. It's also an excellent way to enhance your site/social and offer more value to your customers. Via the Awin network, you will have access to an online password-protected reporting system providing detailed statistics for your site. By placing makemyblinds.co.uk banners, imagery or promotional links within your website/social, proprietary newsletter or email, a visit to makemyblinds.co.uk through your link resulting in a purchase will earn you a percentage of the sale.
