General
1) Affiliate Commission
We offer the following affiliate commission:
Default:
6% new customers
2% existing customers
Voucher:
1% all customers
Bespoke commission structures can be discussed. All sales track without VAT and delivery costs.
2) Affiliate Approvals
Yours Clothing are happy work with all types of affiliate promotion and encourage all interested sites to apply. We are specifically looking for sites which are aesthetically pleasing and best reflect our brand values. We do not work with sites that display content that may be deemed pornographic or offensive.
3) Validations
Sales are validated maximum 70 days after the transaction date. This is to account for our return period.
Orders using unauthorised or exclusive codes where the sale has not tracked through the agreed exclusive code provider will be declined. In instances where the last click referrer is not “Awin” in GA, the sale will also be declined. Any untracked orders also cannot be claimed.
4) PPC
We do not allow brand bidding without the written permission from Yours Clothing. All Yours Clothing brand or catalogue terms should be applied as negative match or excluded terms on all keyword or keyword phrases for the purpose of targeting adverts on PPC search engines.
Affiliates are prohibited from brand bidding on misspells or variations of the Yours Clothing brand terms. It is not allowed to place your company name, trademarks, service marks, or product names next to (or combine them with) a Yours Clothing brand/product name, or is it allowed to use the Yours Clothing brand terms as an extension of your own URL.
5) Voucher codes
Voucher codes that are displayed directly on site may be used. Any codes that are showed in a pop-up are not allowed to be displayed. Yours Clothing reserves the right to request code removal. Any unauthorised use of codes will result in declined commission or removal from the program.
Yours Clothing reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the Yours Clothing affiliate program in case of a T&C breach.
