OGIO Europe Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Any Affiliate found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions listed below will be removed from the programme and may have any commissions revoked on investigation.

Affiliates must not release confidential or sensitive information around campaigns into the public domain at any time before this is live eu.ogio.com and/or the Affiliate has been approved to do so by OGIO Europe. Any breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension from the programme.

Commission

Commission is payable on sales tracked directly through Awin, attributed to the Affiliate Account ID on a last click wins basis.

OGIO Europe offers Affiliates (including voucher code directory websites and cashback/loyalty websites) a flat 2.5% commission rate.  Commission is rewarded on all product categories but is not paid on VAT and delivery charges.

Sales must be validated by OGIO Europe with confirmation that payment has feel received in full from the customer. Commission will be paid as long as all terms and conditions have been adhered to.

Voucher Codes

Affiliates are only permitted to use voucher codes that are specifically assigned to them, unless a public discount code has been issued across the programme. If a voucher code has been supplied to a specific Affiliate, any sales attributed to another Affiliate using this voucher code may not be approved and commission will therefore be withheld. Commission will not be paid on sales where a code has been used that was not directly supplied to affiliates, this includes voucher codes that are sent to the OGIO Europe email database and social channels.

OGIO Europe reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.  We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made.

Voucher code terms and conditions must be clearly displayed onsite; any Affiliate found promoting codes which do not have the clearly marked T&Cs available may have their commission set to zero until the T&Cs are visible.

Voucher codes issued with an expiry date should have their end date clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.  Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.

Affiliates cannot publish any discount or voucher code on their site(s) that OGIO Europe has not explicitly verified.

Cancellation

Commission or cashback will not be paid on any order that is cancelled before the validation process takes place. This rule also applies to orders where any item that is part of that order is cancelled, exchanged or amended before validation.

Creative / Copy

OGIO Europe will supply creative in line with current promotions available through the Affiliate Programme. If any Affiliate wishes to use alternative creative, this must be submitted to OGIO Europe for approval.
