Voucher code publishers should be aware that only vouchers and promo offers within the AWIN network will be paid commission on.

Other - Traffic Quality, Attribution Integrity & Compliance

Affiliates must aim to drive incremental traffic and sales. Activity designed to capture or overwrite existing demand at the point of conversion is not permitted & will lead to commission changes or termination.

Affiliates are not permitted to deploy any scripts, tags, pixels, or tracking technology on the advertiser’s website without prior written approval. Any previously approved scripts must be disclosed and may be audited or removed at any time.

Affiliates must not engage in any activity that artificially generates clicks or assigns attribution at or near the point of conversion. This includes:

  • Auto-triggered or non-user initiated clicks
  • Click injection at checkout or post-add-to-basket stages
  • Invisible or forced redirects
  • Any mechanism designed to overwrite existing tracking cookies

Traffic generated via browser extensions, toolbars, plugins, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.

Affiliates may not deploy on-site overlays, popups, coupon prompts, or similar interventions that appear during the user journey on the advertiser’s website.

Affiliates must not knowingly position themselves to capture last-click attribution for users already in the conversion journey.

Happy Beds reserves the right to decline or reverse commissions where activity is deemed:

  • Non-incremental
  • In breach of programme terms
  • Misaligned with attribution guidelines

Transparency

Affiliates must provide full transparency on traffic sources upon request, including:

Publisher/sub-publisher breakdown
Domains and apps where ads are served
Traffic acquisition methods

Failure to provide sufficient transparency may result in commission removal or programme exclusion.

Incrementality Testing

Happy Beds reserves the right to conduct incrementality testing (including holdout or suppression tests). Affiliates must comply with such testing requirements.

Commission structures may be adjusted based on demonstrated incremental value.

Breach of any/all the above terms may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the programme
  • Reversal of commissions
  • Suspension of tracking
