Affiliates are requested to use only creative assets available within their affiliate account in their promotion of Dare. Please contact us if you require any additional assets or wish for any changes to be made. Affiliates are requested not to hard code banners into their sites so that updates made to the creative available through Affiliate Window will automatically have immediate effect. Dare launch a new set of banners each season and also provide promotion banners on an ad hoc basis.
T Cs: Brand Guidelines
1) Before joining the Affiliate Program, please ensure your website does not display or sell advertising on any website that contravenes any law or regulation governing false or deceptive advertising
2) The dare group is the exclusive licensee of the "dare" trademark
3) The contents of dare literature and all websites owned by The dare group, including but not limited to dare, are protected by the law relating to trademark and copyright. Affiliates must not directly or indirectly bid on the Word Mark ' dare ' 'motivational shake' or derivatives or confusingly similar words
4) No Doorway pages to be built around searches for dare or motivational shake
5) No Masked URL's
6) Must be able to navigate using the browsers back button Please note that sales on pre orders will not be validated until the actual sale has been sent to the customer. Any cancelled orders will not be validated.
