Terms and Conditions

We would strongly encourage, and appreciate, your understanding and acceptance of the below T&Cs for the Jet2holidays programme. Should we reach out regarding any matter relating to the T&Cs below, we would be grateful for your transparency and clarity in assisting us to a quick resolution of the matter at hand.

Creative Usage & Offer Copy

Publishers using creative not approved by Jet2holidays is not permitted - a range of standard sizes are available within the Awin UI, and bespoke requests for custom-sized creatives can be accommodated.

Publishers are only permitted to use offer messaging (as close to verbatim as possible) that has been communicated to publishers by Jet2holidays, either through email; Offer Bank; the Awin UI or through newsletter. Please do not display offers and promotions that are not accurate, nor unavailable, on the Jet2holidays website.

Publishers are to respect the Jet2holidays brand and brand guidelines at all times which includes, but is not limited to, using the correct spelling of Jet2holidays (small h); not using coloured logos on coloured backgrounds and no manipulation of creative imagery that would render it blurred/distorted/warped etc.

Brand Bidding/PPC

Publishers are not permitted to bid or appear on any brand name, brand name misspelling or brand name combination, either for the purposes for driving traffic directly to Jet2holidays.com, or to a page with Jet2holidays branded content.

Cashback Publishers

  • Please ensure that users are notified that cashback may be declined if they visit alternative publishers/online sites prior to booking and after clicking through a cashback publisher’s Awin deeplink.
  • All missing transactions need to be submitted within 90 days of the sale date. Booking reference, sale amount, whether or not a voucher code was used at the time of purchase are important pieces of information for Jet2holidays to make a decision on the Transaction Query.
  • Cashback can only be awarded on flown transactions, and can only be awarded if a voucher code was not used at the point of purchase.

Voucher Code/Discount Publishers

  • If a publisher promotes a voucher code that is not specifically exclusive to that publisher; or to the affiliate channel, this is not permitted and will be requested to remove the code ASAP. If the code is not removed in a timely manner and repeat infractions have occurred, the affiliate could be liable to suspension from the programme.

Sub-Network Publishers

At this current time, publishers who operate as a sub-network, or who engage with a sub-network to procure performance, are not eligible to be onboarded onto the Jet2holidays/Jet2.com affiliate programme. We thank you for your interest in the programme, and your understanding.

If it is apparent that a publisher who is onboard the Jet2holidays/Jet2.com programme, has engaged with a sub-network in efforts to drive performance, we will take appropriate action.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Immediate suspension on the programme
  • Withholding commissions accrued, but unpaid, from approved existing transactions
  • Possible deductions from future unpaid commissions for purposes of ‘claw back’
  • Rejecting/delaying the processing of pending current transactions.

If you are unsure if you are a sub-network, or if you currently engage with a sub-network, please consult Awin’s guide on sub-network activity here:

Deduplication

Deduplication may not be implemented on the basis that, within the Tracking Period, the Visitor subject of the Action also visited the Advertiser URL:

1) by typing the Advertiser URL into a web browser

2) by following links appearing in organic search results

  • paid-for results of searches on the Advertiser's brand names
  • organic social media
  • price comparison websites

3) as a result of internal email marketing or newsletters

4) as a result of the retargeting to that Visitor:

  • by email
  • by telephone
  • by interstitial or pop-up
  • while at the Advertiser URL, as a result of that Visitor's behaviour.
