Terms of Service for BloomsyBox.com
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. As an affiliate, you have already accepted binding terms with the ShareASale network. The following terms are specific to your engagement as an affiliate with our brand, BloomsyBox.com.Breach of these terms will lead to immediate termination from our program with negative feedback left on your network profile and may result in transaction voids.Commissions will be less than default for traditional coupon affiliates, sub-affiliate networks and shopping cart abandonment affiliates. VIP commissions are available, please contact your program manager with questions about your commission.
PPC BIDDING
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on BloomsyBox and any variations including misspellings, alternate spellings, alternate spacing, or any phrases that include these terms. We police keyword bidding on the below terms regularly, and in order to remain in compliance with our terms of service, we'd like to remind you of the following restrictions on keyword bidding: A) Affiliates may bid on terms such as “BloomsyBox Coupons”, “BloomsyBox Promotion Code”, commonly referred to as “TM+”. If you have any questions please contact us.
B) Affiliates may not use our brand name or domain name, internal pages, or any variation, similar terms, or misspelling of our brand name, as the display domain in any search advertisement.
C) Affiliates may not use our brand name or domain name, or any variation, similar terms or misspelling of our brand name in PPC ad copy without prior approval.
E) You may not register any domain name that contains our brand name, misspellings of our brand name or variations of our brand name.
F) Direct Linking is not permitted. All PPC ads must direct to an affiliate site.Failure to comply may result in a temporary suspension from our Affiliate Program. If you are placed on temporary suspension, you will be removed of the BloomsyBox Affiliate Program for 14 days and ineligible to receive any commissions on the BloomsyBox sales you generate during this term. After the 14 day term, you will have the opportunity to opt back in to the BloomsyBox Affiliate Program if you have complied with the above request. A second violation of this policy will result in permanent termination from our Affiliate Program. We understand these keywords may drive traffic to your site and are prepared to work with you to find alternative ways to maximize the partnership. We appreciate your understanding and protection of our brand names in this matter.
PROMOTIONS
When promoting BloomsyBox.com, make sure you are authorized to promote deals or coupons. Affiliates are not permitted to use misleading text, images or links that imply any deal that is not expressly authorized through the affiliate channel. Use of exclusive coupon codes by unauthorized affiliates will result in voided transactions. User submitted coupon codes from other marketing channels such as email and others are prohibited from use by affiliates. Coupons and deals must be removed immediately after they expire. Only use logos, banners and images provided through the ShareASale interface.Spyware, adware, parasiteware, browser help objects, cookie stuffing and toolbars are not permitted. We will not accept being opted out partially from toolbars. Full compliance is the only option.Any affiliates buying media/ads must work with the affiliate manager to ensure quality clicks. All leads belong to BloomsyBox.com.Sub-affiliate transactions without referring urls are subject to voids. We must know who is promoting our products.

Before a review or any ad post with an affiliate link, it must have #ad prior to the post if it includes a direct link to the merchant. You do not have to disclose if it’s just directed to your blog post.
For any posts which have an affiliate link included and you have received a free product or you are endorsing a product you must disclose before the review a brief disclosure stating that you received the product in return for an honest product review and the post includes an affiliate link. Here is an example statement you can use:"Product was provided for free however the review is my honest opinion and includes affiliate links."
