General Terms & Conditions
Bobbi Brown reserves the right not to accept any affiliate that:
- Has any of the following on their websites: adult, x-rated, sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Promotes gambling activities
- Offers the downloading of pirate music or software
- Promotes or talks about racist or criminal content or discrimination of any kind
- Also forbidden are sites that portray violence (showing gratuitous injuries, sexual assault, rape, death or promoting the use of weapons)
- Promotes use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs
- Uses programmatic display or PPC to promote our products and create direct competition for the brand, by, for example using the same keywords
- Anyone involved in sending mass email marketing campaigns
- Is a cashback site (in some cases there might be exceptions)
Bobbi Brown is looking to operate with affiliates directly only, without the sub-affiliate networks, banner networks or similar.
Furthermore, any sites without content, under construction or generally faulty as well as those where it is impossible to check the site content will be rejected in taking part in the affiliate program.
Commissions:
- Commission is paid by the representative agency of the Bobbi Brown brand. If you have queries, please contact the agency using details listed on the Program`s main page, not the brand directly.
- Commissions are paid on the net amount of orders (meaning VAT free amounts).
- Commissions are paid on orders placed and delivered within Switzerland only.
- In order for the commission to be paid, your website visitors need to have purchased via your site, not Facebook, Instagram and so on. All commissions will be checked by the agency and any commissions claimed by the affiliate as theirs, but showing other referring sites will be rejected. If your website visitors will add products to the baskets and then visit other sites, we may not be able to track the sale and as a result receive the Commission.
- Commissions will not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees and other additional charges.
- We are aiming to process commissions every 30 – 60 days.
Additional Information:
Any websites not deemed to fit with the brand`s identity and audience will also be rejected.
