Website requirements
- Website must be live and fully operational.
- Inappropriate content cannot be displayed alongside The Early Learning Centre products.The following is deemed inappropriate:
- pornographic, offensive or violent content
- religious or political content
- gambling, lotteries
- alcohol, tobacco or drugs
- firearms
- sorcery and black magic
Please note that this list is not exhaustive and The Early Learning Centre have the right to terminate any site which is found to be inappropriate at any time without notice.
Commission Rates
Different commissions levels are available for affiliates who run specific marketing activities which need to be advised by The Early Learning Centre m in writing. If you are unsure which ones apply to you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Commissions are paid once the customers have received their items and might be declined if the order has been cancelled or amended if the order has been partly cancelled to reflect the amount of completed sales.
Discount Codes Affiliates
Affiliates are only permitted to promote discount codes issued exclusively to them unless otherwise advised by The Early Learning Centre in writing. We regularly monitor the use of discount codes in operation and reserve the right to decline commission related to discount code abuse. On occasion, we may be able to offer voucher codes to selected partners. Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the affiliate programme.
The Early Learning Centre reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorized voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorized codes may also have their commission declined until the code(s) are removed.
Cashback Affiliates
Cash back cannot be combined with vouchers unless otherwise advised by TThe Early Learning Centre in writing. Commissions will be declined if a voucher has been used for the order.
Content Affiliates
We welcome editorial content sites and are happy to provide content for use, please get in contact to receive more information.
Banners are available for use in various sizes and bespoke sizes are also available on request. Please note that all banners must be sign off by The Early Learning Centre.
PPC Affiliates
Whilst we welcome PPC affiliates, brand names of The Early Learning Centre are not permitted within ad-word creative – this includes the visible URL. No affiliates can operate a URL solely to re-direct to The Early Learning Centre.. A landing page or content site must be used. We reserve the right to decline commission related to abuse of these terms.

If you are a PPC Affiliate we request that you add the following compulsory list of negative keywords to your paid search campaign:

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on ELC brand terms or misspells, including but not limited to: The Early Learning Centre or ELC unless permission is granted directly from ELC
