Affiliates are not allowed to register domains which are similar to or misspellings of Trubikini.com.
It must be clear at all times in an affiliates promotions that consumers are dealing with a third party and not Trubikini. To that end affiliates may not imitate the Trubikini website or send paid or organic search traffic directly to the Trubikini website.
Affiliates agree to action and remedy any request that brings them back in accordance with the Trubikini programme terms in no less than 3 UK working days. Exceptions to this rule are at the Affiliate Account Managers discretion.
Any affiliate found to be in breach of any of these terms may be removed from the programme and have commisions withheld.
Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
Creative
Affiliates are requested to use only creative available within their affiliate account in their promotion of Trubikini. Please contact us if there is an additional size that you require.
Affiliates are requested not to hard code banners into their sites so that updates made to the creative available through Affiliate Window will automatically have immediate effect.
Paid Search Bidding Rules
It is not permitted to bid on Trubikini Trademarks or any variation of these, on any search engine or network. Affiliates may not bid on:
- Brand terms: e.g. Trubikini.
- Semi-branded terms: e.g. Trubikini shop.
- Brand misspellings: e.g. Truebikini.
- Affiliates must add all brand terms and misspells thereof as negative keywords on all match types in all paid search campaigns.
