Affiliate sites where eHarmony content is placed may not contain or relate to:
1.Violence, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group or organisation
2. Pornography, adult, or mature content
3. Hacking or cracking
4. Illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia
5. Excessive profanity
6. Gambling or casinos
7. Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
8. Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
9. Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
10. Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
11. Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
12. Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
13. Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, infringes on the legal rights of others, or is likely to bring disrepute to the eHarmony brand
If eharmony or its representatives believe at any time that an affiliate has knowingly or
otherwise associated the eharmony brand with content unbecoming, we reserve the
right to permanently suspend that affiliate from the programme with immediate effect.
