You are prohibited from copying, modifying or using in any other advertisements, any creative asset that you have gained access to as a part of cooperation with mSpy. In the event that a publisher wishes to modify, or create new creative assets, the publisher must obtain the written consent of our affiliate manager.
No automatic links. You agree not to utilize any link that is or can be initiated automatically without the user clicking on the link.
It is forbidden to post any information that does not correspond to the authentic data about the services offered by the software and may affect mSpy’s reputation or be a reason for customer complaints. For example: ‘Limited time Offer!’, ‘Offer Expires Today’, ‘Free Service’ or any other paid features available for subscribed members.
You shall not generate traffic through following methods or techniques: drive-by downloads, spam pop-ups, pop-unders, incentivized or cashback traffic.
PPC Policy
Unless specifically agreed in writing with mSpy, affiliates must not:
i) purchase, license or operate any domain name which is confusingly
similar to “mspy.com” or any similar branded domain
ii) bid on the “mpsy.com” or any similar branded keyword, or any of its misspellings or mSpy on any of the search engines that currently operate web services; a non-exhaustive list of possible derivatives of the brand term are:
- mspy.com
- mspy.co.uk
- mspy.org
- mspy.com.de
- mspy.com.es
- mspy.fr
- mspy.it
- mspy.com.br
- tr.mspy.com
- kr.mspy.com
- mspy.jp
- ar.mspy.com
iii) use the keyword “mspy.com” to perform paid search activity across any search engines that operates web services and to that effect.
Affiliates must add the “mspy.com” keyword and its derivatives as above as negative matches to their PPC campaigns.
iv) use the term “mspy.com” or its derivatives in the affiliate's ad text for driving traffic from either mSpy's competitors' brand terms to mSpy site or the affiliate's sites.
For the avoidance of doubt, the above restrictions or the specific terms of agreement regarding authorised PPC activity shall supersede any conflicting provision that may be found in any section of this Agreement.
These rules are effective immediately (24th July 2019) and should the affiliate not
comply they will be suspended from the mSpy affiliate program with immediate effect.
Purchase of Domains
Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of mSpy's own URL unless agreed directly with mSpy.
Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of mSpy to your database you must seek prior approval from mSpy.
In addition, all creatives must be signed-off by mSpy prior to final send.

Copy & Creative
Affiliates should only use creative supplied directly from the Affiliate Window interface.
Affiliates must only use the copy provided to them by mSpy through the Affiliate Window system. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their site, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect.
Discount Code Policy
Affiliates are only permitted to use any discount code or voucher code provided directly by Affiliate Window/mSpy for their use in the affiliate channel.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote any discount code or voucher codes that are being utilized exclusively by other marketing channels. The use of 'illegal' discount codes may result in sales being declined and ultimately suspension from the affiliate program.
Display Activity
Any affiliates that promote mSpy via display are responsible for their activity, regardless of whether they own the websites on which they are promoting mSpy. mSpy reserves the rights to withhold commissions if the affiliate breaches mSpy terms and conditions.
Social Media & Mobile
Affiliates are not permitted to pose as mSpy on any social media or mobile platforms.
Breach of Network Terms & Conditions
Any action taken by the affiliate network (Affiliate Window) to remove an affiliate site from the network may result in an affiliate being removed from the mSpy affiliate campaign.
Affiliate Approvals
Affiliates applying to the mSpy program will be reviewed by Affiliate Window Account Managers who will make a decision on if the site is appropriate to the mSpy brand. Affiliates who will not be accepted onto the mSpy affiliate program are: tool bars, rebate catchers, browser plugins. mSpy will also not accept any affiliate onto the program who promotes illegal or defamatory content.
Toolbars and Browser Plugins
Affiliates are not permitted to promote mSpy through any toolbar or plugin unless they have direct authorisation from the mSpy marketing team, in addition to being accepted onto mSpy affiliate program. The unauthorised use of this type of software/script may result in sales being declined and ultimately programme suspension.
Affiliate Commission
The default commission structure for the mSpy program is 40% for all affiliates.
Cookie Period
Cookie period is 120 days
Sales Validation
The commission may be declined if an order has been refunded/charged back.
