Commissions via Affiliates are only valid for Merlin Annual pass purchases, currently not for the Monthly Subscription Membership model or other products available via Merlin.
No PPC allowed on the programme unless agreed prior to activity starting. Please negative match all keywords related to ‘Merlin' or Merlin brand terms.
Voucher code sites are currently not allowed on the programme, except in special circumstance at the discretion of Merlin. In addition any Affiliates found to be using voucher codes on their sites to promote and drive visitors to the Merlin site without the voucher being authorised by Merlin may be placed under review.
Transactions that are fraudulent, suspicious or contravene any of the terms and conditions set out by Merlin on the programme may be subject to cancellation or reversal.
Affiliates who do not provide sufficient information for us to adequately review their site(s), for example failing to provide URLs, will be automatically rejected.
