Restrictions:
• Promotion on pages that violate the CZ law, pages with pornographic material, illegal software, illegal music or other content or pages that may harm the reputation of Douglas or online store are forbidden.
• Websites without content (only banners), websites under construction and doorway pages are NOT allowed.
• No Popup, Pounder, Frame, iFrame or Layers that contain the Douglas site.
• Affiliate websites need to contain contact information.
• Keyword Advertising* is desirable, however with the following limitations:
Use of the trademarks "Douglas", "Douglas Shop", "Douglas Online Shop" in Display URL, Click URL or as Keywords is not allowed. It is only acceptable for affiliates with their own landing page. SEM affiliates are subject to special approval (e.g. apply for Douglas with the URL of your landing page. Only this one landing page may be used!). Use of typo or other brand related domains is forbidden. Use of misleading texts is forbidden. Use of brands or trademarks of competitors in the ad text or as keywords is forbidden.
• PopUp, PopUnder, Frame, iFrame as well as Layer are not allowed.
• Banner networks are subject to special advertising approval by Douglas.
• IP saving is forbidden.

By subscribing to the Douglas program affiliates agree on restrictions above. Breaking the conditions will result in immediate decline in the program and cancelation of all sales that were generated against the program rules.
Special Conditions in the Douglas Affiliate Program:
By applying in the Douglas Affiliate Program, the Affiliate affirms the restrictions set forth in the Douglas Special Terms.
Violations of these terms will result in the immediate termination and / or cancellation of the regularly generated Sales:
