We manually approve all applications, so please ensure you have a completed your AWIN profile before applying. We will only approve applications with live URLs - So please do not apply before your site has gone live.
Moda Furnishings Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
As an affiliate, by applying to join the Moda Furnishings affiliate programme, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of our terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the Moda Furnishings affiliate programme and reversal of commissions where it is deemed appropriate at our discretion.

Branding Restrictions
You must follow Moda Furnishing’s brand guidelines at all times. Please refer to the Documents Tab on our Profile for ‘Brand Guidelines'.
Affiliates must at all times be responsible in their promotion of the Moda Furnishings brand and avoid any use which may be interpreted as "spamming" or misrepresenting or bringing disrepute to our company, trading name(s), brand name(s) or the company trading name(s), brand name(s) or our suppliers.
On a general note, Moda Furnishings is the UK’s leading premium outdoor living furniture company with a respected, collected, intelligent & sophisticated brand yet fun & innovative. Our brand is aspirational. Affiliates are asked to work within the brand image when creating affiliate content.
Should you require any specific which is not included within our assets section you are welcome to contact our marketing team & we may be able to provide unique content for your website.
Paid Search Policy
Affiliates are required to refrain from registering, appearing or bidding on our pure brand terms, combined brand and generic terms or misspellings, on all search engines (including Google, Yahoo, Bing and MSN) or like services.
These terms include, but are not limited to:

"Moda Outdoor Furniture"
"Moda Outdoor Living"
“Moda Failsworth”
“Moda Manchester”
“Moda Caterham”
"Moda Furnishings Showroom"
“Moda Furniture”
“Moda”
“Moda London”
Affiliates are required to include brand and misspelling terms as negative keywords in any and all of their search engine marketing campaigns. This includes but is not limited to keywords such as the following:
“Moda Furnishings”
“Moda Furnshings”
Affiliates are also restricted from using the following keywords in any form or match type to attract affiliate commission:
"garden furniture"
"rattan garden furniture"
"rattan furniture"
"outdoor furniture"
Use of the domain modafurnishings.com / .uk / .ord etc or moda-furnishings and variations is strictly forbidden within the copy of any form of advertisement that includes a displayed link this could be PPC campaigns, social media campaigns, video marketing or more including the display URL.
The trading name "Moda" or "Moda Furnishings" or any formulation of this brand name may not be used in any display, ad copy ( for example: “Visit affiliate.moda-furnishings.com/XYZ for 10% off Moda Furnishings Outdoor Furniture”) in the display URL's or in any text ad or the destination URL.
Keyword and match list
Further to this, this list contains the only keywords and match types Affiliates are allowed to bid on using PPC when they have agreed to PPC rights with Moda Furnishings for a specified period of time.
The use of other keywords and/or match types is a breach of program policy.
On occasions Moda Furnishings reserve the right to allow specific affiliates to utilise PPC campaigns but a prior agreement is required from Moda Furnishings marketing department & will be limited in time. To discuss contact matthew.lawrence@modafurnishings.co.uk
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to register URLs with Moda Furnishings trademarked terms or any misspellings or reformulations contained in their domain.
Any affiliate purchasing such domain names for such purposes will be immediately and permanently removed from the programme and any commissions due will be reversed.
We reserve all rights to reclaim any such domain names that are registered by an affiliate back from the registrant. You consent to this by agreeing to these terms and conditions. Brand terms may, however, be contained within the subdomain e.g:

www.modaoffers.com - Not allowed
www.offers.com/ModaFurnishings - Allowed
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from putting the Moda Furnishings website or other websites owned by Moda Furnishings into frames or using masked URLs.
Voucher Code Use
All discount/voucher code use must comply with the official IAB guidelines, which can be found here:

In addition to the IAB guidelines, the following terms apply to the Moda Furnishings affiliate programme:
Any Moda Furnishings discount/voucher codes promoted must be provided by authorised representatives of Moda Furnishings as part of the Moda Furnishings affiliate programme.
Any Moda Furnishings discount/voucher codes will have an activation date and an expiration date.
Affiliates are not allowed to display discount/voucher codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online affiliates.
Affiliates are not allowed to display made up/invented discount/voucher codes on their site(s).
Affiliates found to be using unauthorised discount/voucher codes face immediate suspension from the programme. We will withhold payments of commissions if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Cashback Sites
Cashback sites receive 1 % commission.
Cancelled Orders and Commission Validations
Any cancelled or non-collected orders will be invalidated within a 2 week period and will result in non-payment of commission.

Creatives
We prefer that affiliates utilise the creative assets available in the AWIN interface and that these assets are not altered.
Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.
Should you wish to create article content utilising bespoke creative assets you are welcome to contact the marketing department and discuss your ideas. We will either grant you permission to utilise our raw assets to create new assets which will still need to be approved prior to publication by Moda Furnishings (the decision will be final by Moda Furnishings, failure to respect the decision could result in the removal of an affiliate from our program) or we will arrange the assets to be created for you.

Email Marketing
Affiliates are permitted to send solus emails to their databases - Moda Furnishings branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to. Your whole databases members must have provided full consented and opted-in permission. For more information or guidance please contact us.

Social Media
Affiliates may feature Moda Furnishings on social media platforms - branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to.
However the Moda Furnishings brand should not be used in any way to register accounts on social media or via any other channel. Affiliates must bear in mind all times that in order to comply with the spirit of our brand guidelines, they must never speak 'as' or 'for' the brand, they may only speak 'about' or 'promote' the brand or our products.
Software Applications
Affiliate Toolbars - Affiliates may not feature Moda Furnishings on toolbars without written permission from Moda Furnishings or their Awin Account Manager specifically authorising this promotional method. Acceptance as a member of the Moda Furnishings programme does not automatically authorise toolbar traffic.
Reserved Rights:
Moda Furnishings reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions any time without prior notice, however, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice.
