Affiliates cannot use any assets from the Gozney site in their websites without prior written permission and can only use current creative made available through Affiliate Window. Out of date/redundant creative/links or using domains including the term ‘Gozney’, ‘Roccbox; or similar derivatives is forbidden.

Keywords

Please be advised that ‘Brand Name Bidding’ restrictions apply to the Gozney program. Affiliates are requested not to bid on brand name terms or ANY derivation or misspelling including but not isolated to:

• Gozney
• Gozney Ovens
• Gozney ltd
• Roccbox
• Gozney Roccbox
• Roccbox Pizza Oven
• Roccbox Oven

Display URL

• Affiliates may not use the term ‘Gozney’, ‘roccbox’ or similar derivatives in their display URL.

Social Media

• All social media posts must be approved by Gozney prior to publishing.

Payment Validation

• In line with the 30-day refund policy Gozney will not validate any sale until the refund period has expired

Fraud

• Gozney reserve the right to withhold payment of commission on suspicious transactions and also reserve the right to determine what qualifies as suspicious

Inactive Affiliates

• Affiliates that fail to promote Gozney in some form and capacity or fail to register a click within any 60-day period may be removed from the programme without notice

Notice and Action

• Affiliates agree to action and remedy any request that brings them back in accordance with the Gozney brand terms in no less than 7 UK working days. Exceptions to this rule are at the Affiliate Account Managers discretion

Brand Guidelines

• By joining Gozney affiliates are presumed to have read and understood the state Gozney brand terms and to promote the brand with high esteem and diligence to ensure these terms are enforced at all times

Breach of terms

• Gozney reserve the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
