Sales Validations
- A sale is considered valid after payments have been made as per the terms of the product for which the customer is applying.
- Validation can take from 90 up to 200 days to confirm from the date the 1st contribution is received, depending on the number of payments required to verify the transaction, or from the date the lump sum investment is made, depending on the length of time an investment is to remain, as detailed in the terms of the product for which the customer is applying.
- A sale is not considered valid if the policy is cancelled before the terms are met.
- Foresters Friendly Society standard eligibility criteria applies.
- We actively monitor for fraud and will report fraud to the relevant authorities if appropriate.
Use of Voucher Codes
- Only those created specifically by Foresters Friendly Society for the affiliate channel can be used.
Brand Guidelines
- Only pre-approved creative and content provided by Foresters Friendly Society can be used. There is potential for the advertiser to request changes, or to provide additional marketing collateral requirements, however please contact the merchant to discuss.
- As a regulated organisation, we need to ensure that all copy and collateral is compliant and meets with the Financial Conduct Authority’s regulations. Therefore all copy needs to be approved by Foresters Friendly Society before it is used
Creative Restrictions
- Affiliates have to pick up creative from the network interface rather than hardcoding it. As a regulated organisation, we need to ensure at all times that creative being used is compliant, meets with the Financial Conduct Authority’s regulations and that any updates are automatically picked up.
- Affiliates have to display the most up to date logo at all times.
Copy Compliance
- Affiliates need to adhere to the following copy regulations. As a regulated organisation, we need to ensure that all copy and collateral is compliant and meets with the Financial Conduct Authority’s regulations. All copy needs to be pre-approved by Foresters Friendly Society. There is potential to provide additional marketing collateral if required, however please contact the merchant to discuss.
- Publishers cannot provide financial advice on Foresters Friendly Society’s behalf.
URL and ad copy restrictions
- Affiliates cannot use our brand name in their url
- Affiliates can use our brand name in the sub domain or directory url of their own website
Regional restrictions
- Targeting anywhere outside of the UK is not permitted. Our products are only available to UK residents.
Ramifications
- If any terms and conditions are broken, all monies will be frozen and the affiliate will be evicted from the programme.
