Participation Guidelines
Websites and traffic containing racist, extremist, inflammatory, defamatory, violence-promoting, or illegal content, as well as pornographic or otherwise offensive material, are strictly prohibited from participation.
Cookie dropping, email spam, brand hijacking, and the intentional generation of fake leads or orders are strictly forbidden.
E-books and digital sewing patterns are excluded from cashback promotions, discount campaigns, and voucher codes.
Provided logos and advertising materials must not be altered. If you require different promotional materials, please contact the advertiser directly.
Unauthorised image use, such as product images not provided via the product feed, is not permitted. If in doubt, please contact the advertiser and obtain written permission for use.
The intellectual property rights of third parties must not be infringed.
Collaboration with sub-affiliate networks (unless an existing partnership is in place), banner networks, or similar entities—as well as sites under construction, error-generating pages, or pages that cannot be reviewed—is not allowed. If a partnership exists, all sub-networks must ensure that referrers are passed on to the network or made visible, or be provided upon request by the agency or client. This ensures quality control and compliance with the cooperation conditions outlined in these participation terms.
Notice Period for Changes
The following adjustments will be communicated with at least seven working days' notice:
- Programme termination
- Termination of partnerships
- Changes to publisher commissions
- Changes to tracking
- Changes to cookie duration
- Amendments to participation terms
- Updates to advertising materials
Additional Restrictions
- Search engine marketing (SEM) using the brand stoffe.de in the display URL, website address, ad headline, destination URL, or search engine ads across all search engines is prohibited.
- Brand bidding is not allowed (this applies to the stoffe.de brand, URL, and misspellings) and will result in sales being cancelled and the partnership being terminated.
- Only voucher codes listed within the network may be promoted. Orders using unauthorised voucher codes will be cancelled. Exclusive voucher codes must not be redistributed.
- Full returns are not eligible for commission. Partial returns will be commissioned based on the adjusted revenue amount.
- Unless otherwise agreed, email marketing is not permitted. Failure to comply will result in legal action from stoffe.de.
- CSS is not permitted.
