Publisher provision is paid out after HOTEL INFO sales validation. A sales validation is a monthly YTD review of all departed bookings (departures) from the month before last. These departures are checked by HOTEL INFO, and the underlying accounting-related booking turnover realised in the respective accounting period is confirmed and approved.
* Realised booking turnover is the hotel turnover generated from the bookings realised through a publisher from the affilinet network, provided that
(a) the hotel concerned has paid the HOTEL INFO commission to HOTEL INFO for the specific booking,
(b) the specific booking was not made through the My HOTEL INFO account and
(c) the specific booking is not already the subject of another refund agreement with third parties.
HOETL INFO is entitled to adjust these restrictions from time to time in order to take account of current developments in the provision of central HOETL INFO services. HOETL INFO shall inform the Publisher accordingly (at least in text form) in good time, but no later than 7 days before the planned change takes effect. If the Publisher does not object to the notified change, this shall become part of these GTC. If the Publisher objects to the notified amendment, HOETL INFO shall have a special right of termination (possibly with retroactive effect) at the time the amendment takes effect.
