ScreenPal Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
The agreement below governs the relationship between “You” (the affiliate) and “We” or “Us” (the ScreenPal campaign).
By agreeing to the below, you agree that you will comply with all conditions outlined and understand that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from the campaign and commissions being declined.
PPC Policy
We do not allow open brand bidding of any kind. This includes any derivates of any current or past Screencast-O-Matic or ScreenPal brands. Also, please note that we do not permit the following terms to be used in PPC marketing, in the form of phrases, broad or exact matches:
- Screencast (or any derivative of this)
- Screencast-O-Matic (or any derivative of this)
- Screen Capture
- Screenshot Video
- Screen Record Tool
- Free Screen Record
- Screen Recording Software
- Screen Recorder
- Capture Screen Recording
- Video Editor
- Video Quizzing
- ScreenPal (or any derivative of this)
Purchase of Domains
Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include any variation of ScreenPal or Screencast-O-Matic.
Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of ScreenPal to your database you must seek prior approval from ScreenPal.
In addition, all creative must be signed off by ScreenPal prior to the final send.
Please email affilaites@screenpal.com to obtain prior approval before sending.
Copy & Creative
Affiliates should only use creative supplied directly from the Awin Toolbox.
Affiliates must only use the copy provided to them by ScreenPal through the Awin system. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their site, so updates made to those available through Awin may take immediate effect.
Discount Code Policy
Affiliates are only permitted to use discount codes provided directly by Awin/ScreenPal for their use in the affiliate channel.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote any discount code or voucher codes that are being utilized exclusively by other marketing channels. The use of 'illegal' discount codes may result in sales being declined and ultimately suspension from the affiliate program.
Display Activity
Any affiliates that promote ScreenPal via display are responsible for their activity, regardless of whether they own the websites on which they are promoting ScreenPal. ScreenPal reserves the right to withhold commissions if the affiliate breaches ScreenPal terms and conditions.
Social Media & Mobile
Affiliates are not permitted to pose as ScreenPal on any social media or mobile platforms.
Breach of Network Terms & Conditions
Any action taken by the affiliate network (Awin) to remove an affiliate site from the network may result in an affiliate being removed from the ScreenPal affiliate campaign.
Affiliate Approvals
Affiliates applying to the ScreenPal program will be reviewed by an affiliate account manager who will make a decision on if the site is appropriate to the ScreenPal brand. ScreenPal will not accept any affiliate onto the program who promotes adult content, gambling, illegal, and/or defamatory content.
Toolbars and Browser Plugins
Affiliates are not permitted to promote ScreenPal through any toolbar or plugin unless they have direct authorization from the ScreenPal marketing team, in addition to being accepted onto the ScreenPal affiliate program. The unauthorized use of this type of software/script may result in sales being declined and ultimately program suspension.
Affiliate Commission
The default commission structure for the ScreenPal program is 30% for all affiliates.

Cookie Period
The cookie period is 45 days.
Sales Validation
Conversions are validated based on the subscribed date on the ScreenPal affiliate program, with commissions being paid after 45 days. A commission may be declined if an order has been canceled before 30 days.
