Email Marketing
Sending commercial expressions from Awin is only allowed if the publisher is demonstrably compliant in accordance with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines of the ACM and the rules of conduct of Awin. The Awin Code of Conduct must be signed and in the possession of Awin Benelux so that it can be transferred at all times at the request of ACM.
- Previews must be submitted for approval via the Email Approval Tool
- When submitting a preview, the publisher indicates that it agrees with article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act and that prior consent has been obtained from all e-mail recipients.
- The ad may not be sent until the advertiser has approved the preview and dispatch.
- The publisher is responsible for any consequences that are imposed if they are guilty of sending spam or sending a commercial expression without the consent of the advertiser.
If a mailing is sent without the approval of Awin and Muchachomalo NL, the sales made for this relevant mailing will be rejected.
- Mail parties: Only email addresses obtained through an opt-in and obtained in compliance with the ACM (OPTA) regulations may be used.
- In addition to the fact that all expressions must be submitted in advance to the advertiser/account manager for approval, the expressions must include the date of dispatch, the number of addresses, the sender and the subject line. For each resend, approval must be requested again. If this is not the case, the advertiser has the option to reject the resulting sales and therefore not to reimburse.
