Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Enrollment
To participate in the Program, you must submit an application through our affiliate platform. We will review your application and notify you of acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including, but not limited to, applications from websites that:
Promote illegal activities.
Contain offensive or inappropriate content.
Infringe on intellectual property rights.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote our products or services in an honest and ethical manner.
Use only the approved marketing materials provided by us.
Avoid spamming or using any deceptive practices to generate traffic.
Adhere to all applicable laws, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
3. Affiliate Links
We will provide you with unique affiliate links to track referrals. It is your responsibility to ensure these links are properly formatted. Referrals generated through incorrectly formatted links may not be tracked or credited to your account.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the agreed-upon percentage of net sales generated through their affiliate links. Net sales exclude refunds, chargebacks, and any taxes or shipping costs.

5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Bidding on our brand name or variations thereof in pay-per-click campaigns.
Using their affiliate link for personal purchases to earn commissions.
Misrepresenting our brand, products, or services.
Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products as part of the Program.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials immediately.
8. Liability and Indemnification
We are not responsible for any damages, loss of revenue, or data arising out of your participation in the Program. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms.
9. Confidentiality
Any information shared with you as part of the Program, including commission details, customer data, or business strategies, must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate platform. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
