PPC Policy
FORAY Golf asks that all of their affiliates adhere to the following terms and conditions regarding PPC bidding:
Affiliates MUST NOT bid on any brand terms or any misspellings or variants
Affiliates MUST NOT use ForayGolf in any part of its URL
To ensure that this is maintained without risk of violation, affiliates are asked to set ‘Foray Golf as a negative term in broad match. Any publishers who lead customers into perceiving they are Foray Golf will have commissions withheld and their account suspended. This includes any social media websites.
Direct linking to Foray Golf websites from paid social media is prohibited.
Restricted Keywords - Affiliates MUST NOT bid on any of the terms listed below or any misspellings or variants, including but not limited to:
Foray Golf
foraygolf
ForayGolf.com
www.ForayGolf.com
Prohibited Sites
Sites with any of the following content will not be accepted onto the Foray Golf program:
Illegal material
Any obscene or sexually explicit material
Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material
Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way
Any affiliate found to be using spyware, or using fraudulent/dishonest practices will be removed from the program and have commissions rejected.
Creative
All creative can be found by logging into your Affiliate Window account and picking them up from the banners and links section under the “my account” tab on the right hand side. If you have any custom creative requests then please email us on larry@foraygolf.com.
Email Affiliates
Do you have a user base to email? If so, let us know and we can put together a co-branded HTML template for you to use.
No Popup, Pounder, Frame, iFrame or Layers that contain the Foray Golf Online Shop site are allowed.
Loyalty and Discount coupon sites are approved on a case by case. Please contact us if you follow under these segments and want to join our program
Exclusive Commission Segments: Affiliates who are integrated under exclusive commission segments are excluded from all other regular commission models, tiered bonuses and any affiliate contests.
We reserve the right to decline commission related to abuse of these Terms and Conditions. Please get in touch if this is unclear.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, provided that they provide at least seven day's prior written notice of such termination to the other party. Termination of this Agreement shall also terminate any outstanding Engagements. However, all rights to payment, causes of action and any provisions which by their terms are intended to survive termination, shall survive termination of this Agreement.
