Untracked Orders
Denby does not accept responsibility for untracked sales, whether as a result of anti-virus packages, certain software used for content filtering, removal/deletion of cookies or any other reason. Denby cannot be held to honour referral fees for any such untracked visits.
Display URL
-Affiliates may not use the term ‘Denby’ or similar derivatives in their display URL.
Search
-‘Brand Name Bidding and Brand Generic’ restrictions apply to the Denby program.
Affiliates are requested not to bid on brand name terms or ANY derivation or misspelling including but not isolated to:
• Denby
• Denby ltd
• Denby Pottery
• Denby limited
• Denby Holdings
• Denby Pottery limited
• Denby Pottery Ltd
No affiliates are allowed to have adverts appear for searches on these or similar terms. To avoid broad match issues please include restricted terms as negative keywords in all your PPC campaigns for Denby.
Affiliates found bidding on restricted terms may have pending transactions cancelled or face temporary suspension from the program.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the banner or text links available through the Affiliate Window interface. Please only use logos/banners supplied via AWIN. If you require a size that is not available, please request this via our agency and they will provide this for you.
Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect.
Promotions
Please ensure that you only promote promotions/voucher codes made available to you via the AWIN interface and related communications or directly via our agency. Affiliates found to be promoting voucher codes issued via other marketing channels face having their commissions declined and potential suspension from the program.
If a promotional code/voucher is used on the order, then commission will be paid on final payments which have the voucher code and the current VAT/Tax rate deducted from the total value of the order.
Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without notice and your continued use of the programme following any changes will mean that you are deemed to have accepted such changes to these Terms and Conditions.
By applying to join the Denby USA affiliate programme you are agreeing to the above conditions of membership and accept that infringement of such may result in commissions being reversed or withheld.
From time to time, commission on "new" ranges or ranges that are discounted may not be tracked You will be made aware of this in advance..
Removal
Denby may choose to remove publishers from it's "Affiliate Window" affiliate marketing account at any point. We will give all publishers seven days notice before removing them from the Denby account. Any commission made through said publisher after this date will be cancelled.
