GDPR Compliance
Quidco takes GDPR compliance seriously. All publishers intending to promote Quidco via email to a database must be fully GDPR compliant and gain the relevant user consent before promoting Quidco to their database. Any affiliates who are found to be non-compliant will be suspended immediately and all pending commission will be declined.
Unique tracking
All leads must be delivered through unique links provided by Quidco which contain a Campaign ID (CID) i.e. a 15 digit alphanumeric code which allows Quidco to track subsequent purchases from the leads you deliver. Any links found delivering leads without this unique tracking will see leads declined.
Conversion
The commission structure will be reviewed on a monthly basis.
Affiliates are expected to maintain a purchase engagement rate of 20% and above in order to validate the quality of traffic.
A bonus will be offered on a case by case basis for affiliates who maintain a purchase rate of 25%+.
Quidco reserve the right to decline leads from any affiliate driving a purchase engagement rate below 10% in a monthly period. In such an instance, leads will be declined until the conversion rate meets the minimum requirement. For example, 100 leads are delivered with a 5% purchase engagement rate, 50 leads will be approved.
Incentivised Traffic
Publishers are not allowed to offer any incentive for leads such as cashback or loyalty and will not be accepted on the programme.
Affiliates are prohibited from using Quidco's Refer a Friend scheme and the affiliate scheme under one tracking link.
Quidco may cancel any campaign or incentive at any time, on written notice to the affiliate.
Keyword Policy
Quidco do not authorise their affiliates to use the keyword phrase Quidco or any other keyword phrase which includes Quidco on any search engine.
Advertising Standards
The Publisher will comply with any applicable advertising law, regulations or standards, data laws relating to advertising (including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), any generally accepted self-regulatory codes of practice, and any related guidance or best practice advice
Quidco and AWIN reserve the right to cancel or void leads that do not meet Quidco's requirements, or if the lead appears to be of a fraudulent or inappropriate nature. This includes duplications.
