Prohibition of Ad Hijacking
For the purposes of this agreement, "ad hijacking" refers to any unauthorized use, manipulation, or redirection of affiliate links, banners, or other promotional materials provided by Le Col for the purpose of generating affiliate commissions without proper attribution or consent.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in ad hijacking or any similar practices that attempt to circumvent the affiliate tracking system. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using third-party services to redirect affiliate links.
- Cloaking or masking affiliate links to hide their origin.
- Employing any method to falsely attribute sales or leads to the affiliate’s account.
- Sharing affiliate links on platforms that are known for link redirection or ad hijacking practices.
Any affiliate found to be engaging in ad hijacking or similar fraudulent activities will be subject to immediate termination of their affiliate account. Additionally, any commissions earned through such practices will be forfeited, and Le Col reserves the right to seek further legal remedies as necessary.
Affiliates are encouraged to report any suspected ad hijacking or fraudulent activities to Le Col immediately. Reports can be submitted by contacting our affiliate team at LeCol@accelerationpartners.com
Le Col reserves the right to monitor all affiliate activities to ensure compliance with this policy. Any irregularities or suspicious activities may be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings.
By participating in the Le Col Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this Prohibition of Ad Hijacking policy.
