DISCOUNT COUPONS
You can only promote authorized affiliate coupon codes, which can be found in the "My Offers" section of Awin.
PROMOTING DISCOUNT COUPONS
Affiliates are not permitted to promote codes that are not issued through the affiliate channel. Any affiliate promoting an unauthorized code on their website will have their transaction declined and, if persistent, their program membership will be reviewed.
Affiliates should only display the code once the start date has begun, and in conjunction with the expiration date of the coupon/promotional/discount codes or campaigns issued by CurrentBody.com, always communicating the message with the full offer, and the relevant Terms and Conditions.
CurrentBody.es reserves the right to withdraw a coupon code or stop any promotional activity at any time.
If a unique coupon code provided to a specific affiliate is found to be used by another affiliate, we reserve the right to withhold commission payment from any related sales from the affiliate.
VALIDATION OF SALES IN WHICH A DISCOUNT COUPON HAS BEEN USED
CurrentBody.es reserves the right to reject any sale that has been tracked with an unauthorized coupon code, whether or not the code was advertised on the website.
All affiliates promoting coupon codes must ensure they only display the codes mentioned above, as any other codes used in transactions may result in the sale being rejected.
PPC ACTIVITY / CAMPAIGN POLICY:
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand terms + coupon codes unless otherwise authorized. PPC campaigns are not permitted without prior authorization through the admin.

Affiliates must refrain from bidding on our brand terms, or misspellings, in all search engines or similar services. These terms include, but are not limited to:

DOMAIN RESTRICTIONS
Affiliates may not use any CurrentBody.es domain for PPC without express written permission.
CurrentBody.es reserves the right to cancel any commissions from these affiliates, and they will be removed from the program.
Affiliates are asked not to register domains that are similar to or misspell the CurrentBody.es brand. Any such activity in the campaign will result in commissions being rejected.
The use of the domain www.currentbody.es and its variations is strictly prohibited in any ad copy, including the display URL, and the use of the term "official site" in your copy.
Affiliates wishing to promote CurrentBody.es through search engine marketing via a landing page must first contact the Account Management team. PPC affiliates who sign up for the www.currentbody.es program without first discussing their promotion may find their application rejected.
Affiliates are asked not to engage in any form of typosquatting. Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting that directs a person to a fake website when they enter a misspelling of the intended webpage.
GENERIC BRAND NAME GUIDE
When referring to CurrentBody.es, please use the full brand name Currentbody.es, always with a capital C and a capital B, ensuring that .es is used.
USING THE COUPON CODE
All offers and promotional codes must be authorized through AWIN. Use of unauthorized codes will result in non-payment of commission. AWIN will closely monitor all coupon codes used in affiliate sales.
Affiliates found promoting unauthorized codes face immediate suspension from the program. If you're unsure which coupon codes you can promote, please email luis.s@currentbody.com.
CREATIVITIES
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the AWIN interface.
Affiliates are also asked not to include fixed-code banners on their pages, so that updates to those available on AWIN can take immediate effect.
VALIDATIONS
CurrentBody.es reserves the right to reject any transaction it deems illegitimate, fraudulent, or invalid.
CurrentBody.es validates within a FULL 90-day validation period. For example, April sales will be validated in early July. This is due to the fantastic guarantee and return periods offered by CurrentBody.
By applying to the CurrentBody.es program, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
Anyone found violating these terms will be immediately warned and their commissions may be reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Account reactivation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
