CURRENT PROMOTIONAL CODES
You may only promote coupon codes authorized by affiliates. These are listed in the "My Offers" section of the AWIN window.
PROMOTIONAL CODES PROMOTION
Affiliates are not permitted to promote codes that are not issued through the affiliate channel. Any affiliate who promotes an unauthorized code on their site will have the relevant transaction declined, and if their membership is persistent, their membership in the program will be reviewed.
Affiliates should only display the code after the start date and expiration date of the coupon code/promotion/discount codes/campaigns issued by CurrentBody.com, always communicating the full offer message and the corresponding terms and conditions.
CurrentBody.fr reserves the right to withdraw a discount code or stop any promotional activity at any time.
If an exclusive coupon code provided to a specific affiliate is used by another affiliate, we reserve the right to withhold commission payment on the associated affiliate sales.
VALIDATION OF SALES IN WHICH A PROMOTIONAL CODE WAS USED
CurrentBody.com reserves the right to refuse any sale that has been tracked with an unauthorized promotional code, whether or not the code was promoted on the site.
Any affiliate promoting purchase promo codes should ensure that they only display the codes listed above, as any other codes used in transactions may result in lower sales.
PPC ACTIVITY / CAMPAIGN POLICY:
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand code and voucher code terms unless otherwise authorized. PPC campaigns are not permitted without prior approval from the client/management team.

DOMAIN RESTRICTIONS
Affiliates may not use any domain owned by CurrentBody.com for PPC links without express written permission.
CurrentBody.fr reserves the right to cancel any commission from these affiliates and they will be removed from the program.
Affiliates are advised not to register similar or misspelled domains of the CurrentBody.fr brand. Any such activity on the campaign will result in commissions being declined.
The use of the domain www.currentbody.fr and its variants is strictly prohibited in any ad copy, including a display URL, and the use of the term "official site" in your ad copy is prohibited.
Affiliates wishing to promote CurrentBody.fr through search engine marketing via a landing page should first contact the account management team to discuss. PPC affiliates who apply to the www.currentbody.fr program without first discussing their promotion may find their application rejected.
Affiliates are requested to refrain from any form of typosquatting. Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting that directs a person to a fake website after misspelling the target website.
BRAND NAME GUIDELINES
When referring to CurrentBody.fr, please use the full brand name CurrentBody.fr, always with a capital C and a capital B, ensuring that .fr is used.
USE OF THE VOUCHER
All promotional and incentive offers, as well as codes, must be authorized through AWIN. Use of unauthorized codes will result in non-payment of commission. AWIN will closely monitor all discount codes used in affiliate sales.
Affiliates found promoting unauthorized codes risk immediate suspension from the program. If you are unsure which discount codes you can promote, please email noemie.p@currentbody.com
CREATIVE CONTENT
Affiliates cannot modify the creative or text links available through the AWIN interface.
Affiliates are also asked not to hard-code banners on their sites. Therefore, updates to those available through AWIN may take effect immediately.
VALIDATIONS
CurrentBody.fr reserves the right to reject any transaction that it deems illegitimate, fraudulent, or invalid.
CurrentBody.fr has a FULL 90-day validation period. For example, April sales will be validated in early July. This is due to Currentbody's fantastic warranty and return period.
By registering for the CurrentBody.fr program, you agree to the above terms.
Anyone who violates these terms will be immediately notified and their commissions may be forfeited. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this period. Account reactivation will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
