Terms and Conditions:
In order to achieve a mutually beneficial and successful working relationship Brittany Ferries insists that all AWIN publishers accepted on to the Brittany Ferries programme agree to the following terms and conditions:
Brittany Ferries’ brand material and trademarks are the property of Brittany Ferries. Publishers must limit the use of any brand material or assets to those supplied to them through the Brittany Ferries programme via the interface on the AWIN network. Other use is not permitted unless prior permission has been granted by Brittany Ferries.
In order to accurately track data, sales and commissions publishers are encouraged to use creatives and links provided by Brittany Ferries via this programme.
Publishers cannot bid on the term “Brittany Ferries” or any variant thereof. This includes misspelling of the brand/trading name.
Brittany Ferries does not currently offer the facility for voucher or coupon code entry. Brittany Ferries does not offer commission to ferry only sales to voucher/coupon code or cashback site.
Brittany Ferries reserves the right to terminate any new or existing affiliate agreement at any time if we deem (but are not limited to) that the publisher site is unsuitable for the Brittany Ferries programme or if fraudulent sales are suspected.
Brittany Ferries reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate this agreement at any time. In the event, the publisher will be notified by communication from Brittany Ferries or by AWIN.
Brittany Ferries will not be liable to you with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contact, negligence, tort, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages.
By agreeing to promote Brittany Ferries and being accepted on to the Brittany Ferries affiliate programme does not constitute a partnership or joint venture between the publisher and Brittany Ferries.
Sales through each of Brittany Ferries sites are tracked individually through separate Awin profiles, one for each of the countries we sail to and from. For access to our other programmes and thus other sites, please apply to them separately through Awin.
