Mo Bros Affiliate Terms and Conditions
We’re a laid back bunch at Mo Bros HQ and would love to have you on board with us, however, we do ask you to follow a few simple rules below. Unfortunately, any affiliates found not to follow the Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and possible suspension from the program.
1. The Mo Bros brand name, misspellings, or variations may not be used by affiliates as a domain or sub-domain. For example:
https://mobrosvouchers.co.uk
https://mobros.theaffiliate.co.uk
Affiliates are allowed to use the correct brand name, mobros, as a sub-folder of their domain. For example, https://theaffiliate.co.uk/mobros.
2. Affiliates may not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page or open our website within a HTML frame.
3. Paid ads containing Mo Bros brand terms (Mo Bros or MoBros) - either exact match, broad match or with abbreviations - are not permitted.
4. The Mo Bros (Mobros) brand should be added as negative keywords in your search activity.
5. Generic terms associated with the Mo Bros business are permitted. For example, Beard Balm, Beard Oil, Moustache Wax.
6. These T&C’s are applicable on any advertising platform. For example, search engines or paid social media.
7. Affiliates may not register, on any social media platform, an account with the Mo Bros brand name within it.
8.Affiliates cannot post on any Mo Bros social media accounts with the intention of directing traffic to the affiliate’s webpage or social media account.
9. Direct linking to the Mo Bros website from paid social media is prohibited.
10. Affiliates may only use promotional codes that are provided through the Mo Bros affiliate program (through our account or agreed in private). Any other Mo Bros promotional codes found being advertised by the affiliate may result in payment of commission being withheld until the codes are removed or commission cancelled.
11. For any social content creators please ensure that you conform to Section 2 of the CAP Code and disclose your relationship with our affiliate program by including #ad, #advert, Ad Feature or suchlike in all posts.
12. Affiliates must also follow Section 3 of the CAP Code and not mislead the consumer by making unsubstantiated claims regarding the Mo Bros products or service.
