Program Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted otherwise by My Nametags, the following Program Restrictions apply:
Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own, or bid on domain names containing the words 'My Nametags' including variations or misspellings of 'My Nametags' in the URL (e.g., www.mynametags.nl).
Brand bidding on any search engine is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not include My Nametags Brand Terms or variations of it in the sub-domains of their website URL (e.g., http://MyNametags.affiliate.nl).
Affiliates may include correctly spelled My Nametags Brand Terms after their website URL (e.g., http://www.affiliate.com/MyNametags).
The brand name 'My Nametags' may only be used by accepted publishers. Modifying our Brand logo is strictly prohibited.
Publishers are not permitted to submit unclear or misleading information about our brand and products.
It is forbidden to use our brand, logo, or advertisements in conjunction with content that is or can be considered in bad taste, offensive, discriminatory, or pornographic.
Platforms are only permitted to use or include coupons generated exclusively for this dedicated collaboration within the affiliate network. Publishers are not allowed to feature any codes that have not been directly provided to them. If a code is used by publishers without our authorization, commissions associated with those codes will not be approved.
Old or inactive coupons must be removed from each platform.
