Terms and Conditions

Restrictions

  • Partners with unlawful, political, violence-glorifying, pornographic and/or illegal content are generally excluded from participating in the affiliate programme.
  • Furthermore, as the advertiser, we reserve the right to terminate the partnership immediately if any advertising materials provided by us are displayed on such websites. Any transactions resulting from this will also be rejected by us and no commission will be payable.
  • Only publishers who provide a valid legal notice on their advertising spaces will be accepted for cooperation.
  • Furthermore, websites that are still under construction or generate errors of any kind, as well as websites where content cannot be verified, are excluded from participation in the affiliate programme.
  • Affiliates of the advertiser programme must, in all cases, have full legal capacity.

Advertising Materials / Links

  • The advertising materials provided by the affiliate programme may, without exception, only be used on the advertising spaces registered when signing up to the programme.
  • The publisher is responsible for ensuring that the advertising materials are up to date and undertakes to remove advertising materials from their website immediately if instructed to do so by the advertiser, or if they have reason to believe that the advertising materials in question may no longer be used.
  • Any alteration or extension of the advertising materials provided is not permitted without the prior consent of the advertiser.
  • The publisher is granted permission via the network to use the advertising materials provided for the duration of the cooperation with the advertiser’s programme. If the cooperation is terminated, the advertising materials may no longer be used by the publisher.
  • Redirection to the Advertiser’s website is only permitted if a registered Publisher website, visible to the end user, is displayed first. (No direct or non-stop redirection)
  • Individual advertising materials may be created in consultation with the Advertiser.
  • The use of pop-ups and layers that appear when a page is loaded is not permitted.

Product Data

  • It is not permitted to use the product data feed provided by the advertiser on third-party platforms such as Google Shopping outside of your own website.
  • The publisher must ensure that they always use the most up-to-date version of the product data feed provided by the advertiser for their advertising activities.

Browser-Plugins / Advertising via Spy-/Adware

  • The combination of advertising source codes to create plugins for any browser (e.g. hotbars, toolbars) as well as advertising via adware or spyware is not permitted.

Postview / Retargeting

  • For collaborations on a postview or retargeting basis, prior agreement with the Advertiser is required.

Vouchers / Coupons

  • The publisher may only use vouchers that have been approved by the advertiser for the affiliate programme.
  • Transactions will be rejected if they were generated via outdated or expired voucher promotions.
