1. Trademark Name Protection

 

A. YOU MAY NOT use the Trademarked Names, PatPat, PatPat.COM, or any variations or misspelling of said names, in any manner including but not limited to Pay per Click on Search Engines, asserting them in meta tags, hidden text, source code, domain Name or Any Other Part of Your Universal Record Locator or to direct traffic to any website other than our website.

A. All types of websites can do PPC promotion.

 

  • Affiliates could do PPC straight to PatPat's website, not need for mid-site.

 

  • All bidding keywords should exclude PatPat TM and any variations or misspellings of PatPat TM. You can bid these words: baby clothing, baby clothing coupon, family outfits, baby fashion...

 

D. Google/Bing/Yahoo shopping ads, Google/Bing/Yahoo Display ads, Facebook ads are not allowed. Please make sure that you can not use TM and any variations or misspelling of PatPat TM we mentioned before for bidding.

 

  • The point is, you can't use combinations or variation which might be considered as PatPat's official promotion for biding. 

 

  • Please use exact match, not phrase match. If we get your ad on Google/Bing/Yahoo with searching the word patpat TM, we will consider you are violating.

 

  • Punishment of PPC Violation

 

A. Any non-official PPC promotion will be punished once noticed, please stop the violation immediately with 24hours. If not, all of your commissions will be canceled without any possibility of negotiation. Your Google account will be complaint and locked.

 

  • If you find any channel of a member or its partner promoting PatPat through PPC, please report it to us, we will reward as appropriate.

 

C. If a network/sub-affilaite network violates the PPC policy because of any publisher, the punishment is not limited to the publisher, but the whole network will not get any commission from PatPat, and the network account will be deleted by PatPat. Therefore, the network is advised to supervise publishers who promote PatPat and reframe from participating in any PPC campaigns, in order to main long-term cooperation with us.
