You are not permitted to send any unsolicited email (“spam”) under this affiliate programme. Any affiliate wishing to promote Candles Direct by email marketing must contact Candles Direct directly for approval.
Purchasing of Domain Names
Affiliates cannot use any domain names that include the brand name Candles Direct or any of the brand names that we stock including but not restricted to Yankee, Bomb Cosmetics and Woodwick.
Copy
All copy featured on affiliate sites must be taken directly from the Candles Direct site, unless provided by the Candles Direct marketing team.
Unauthorised Promotions
Only approved discount codes and promotions that have been communicated directly via Candles Direct to the affiliate will be validated. Any codes or promotions that are published without direct approval from Candles Direct or do not appear on the Candles Direct homepage will not be validated.
Exclusive Promotions
We may on occasion run exclusive promotions and voucher codes with selected publishers.
If you have not been approved to run these offers we will be not be able to honour comisison on these orders.
Cashback sites
Please be aware that Candles Direct do not offer cashback on orders which have used a voucher code. Cashback will be declined if the customer uses a voucher code onsite.
